Will u please send me the address on which u send ur appeal for review? I have the same problem ,Visa Officer wrongly calculated my points and refused my application now i want to go for appeal against this decision,Will u please advise me the procedure and address where to send.?

Hi Amir, Address for review is given below. You need to prepare a covering letter explaining what mistake was made by visa officer in awarding points. You did not mentioned the reasons of refusal but if it was due to adaptability points, quote cic references and attach copy of that with your letter. Hi,
I am very excited and would like to share a very good news with all the forum friends. My case was refused on the basis of wrong calculation of points by the visa officer. I got refusal letter on 27-01-2012 and send my detailed reply on 30-01-2012. I received an e-mail today from cic london office stating that they have re-opended my case and it has been approved. Additional documents request alongwith medical papers will be disptached in the next few days.

Refer to above, there is another update. My case was re-opened and approved on 28-02-12 but e-case status was showing "DECISION MADE" till yesterday. I checked on-line status today and "DECISION MADE" has been replaced with "IN PROCESS" again. As per london visa office e-mail, they informed me that additional document request alongwith medical papers will be sent in the next few days, I hope that this is another positive development and I expect to receive these documents in the next few days. |

Dear Forum Memebrs ! I have a query regarding pasting of photos on the Updated forms. Actrually there are certain forms now again asked with medicals. Some of these forms have place for photos. Otherwise updated photos are not required (sperately now). But, I am at fix whether I should past (updated) photos on those forms (where format provides space) OR not?  Looking forward for quick advice please. |

Your time lines are very similar to mine. My status was changed from RBVO to in process as well on 6th march. Did you receive any update documents request?

I am in a similar condition and I will paste new photos for all of us, I dont know how others think, but I feel since I have two children (11 and 8 years old) and children's appearance change rapidly because both are Mashallah in growing age. So I think for better clarity new photos should be sent. I also guess that these photos become part of our case till PR Card in Canada and updated photos should be helpful not harmful. Any comment from seniors will be welcome. |

as per current trend of very fast processing of cases and immediate rejections on the bases of duties mismatch, some seniors are saying that its a good sign in respect of Duties mismatch issue that CHC is taking long time on my case because it seems that duties are accepted by VO and now delay is due to any other reason.
please comment

Noting at all. Even my e-case in wrong since I filed my application back in June 2010, but they are not bothered to fix it. I did send them couple of emails to fix error but they have not done it so far. It says "We started processing your application on July 2010" and outside it says In Process since then. Which I my opinion is wrong as I have seen other applicants status they have four to five lines in their ecase and I have only one since the beginning. |
