Dear Members,
I am silent member of this forum,Today i received the Rejection Letter from CHC UK.They award me 22Points for my Education,instead i have calculated 25points.
My Education is B.A ,B,ED.AND MBA .Please inform how many points i can get on this education? Is it any possibility for appeal? they award me total 64points.
Since my case is rejected, Can I have the right of appeal against the decision? If yes, how? and Where to appeal?
Please inform me.

If you have not completed the number of years of study that correspond to your highest educational credential, award yourself points based on the number of years of study.
Example 1: If you have a Master's degree but have completed only 16 years of full‑time study, award yourself 22 points.
Example 2: If you have a four‑year Bachelor's degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points.Master's or PhD AND at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 25Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor's level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22
A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studyso share your full education length for better understanding. |

WHEN YOUR ADDRESS DISAPPESRED AND REAPPEARTED ?
almost everyone who got Processing date in February 2012 also experience address disappear of exactly 4 days. mine was also disappear from 21st to 25th and one applicant who got Processing date on 21-02-2012 already got MR and other documents. Lets see what happens to our cases. Pray for everyone..... |

When did you submit full documents to VO. you application is under processing since October 2009, this is really alarming situation. You have said that your file is under background checks which usually takes long time. I sent inquiry to CHC LDN in January 2012 and they replied my application is to be reviewed by VO. I pray to GOD this address disappear bring good news to all of us. |

INITIALLY I FILED MY CASE IN APRIL, 2009 AND THEN THE FILE WAS TRANSFERED TO LANDON ON 30 JUNE, 2010. LAST TIME I HAVE BEEN ASKED BY THE VO IN JULY, 2011 TO SUBMITE PPC FOR ME AND MY SPOUSE, AND OTHER UPDATED DOCS,AND THEN FROM AUGUST, 2011 MY FILE IS UNDER BACK GROUND CHECKS....... Dear Friends,
All those who are experiencing address disappearing in Jan and Feb should watch carefully for the postman because some correspondence like MR is on the way. MR and Docs update letter was sent to me by CHC London on 15 Feb 2012 via ordinary mail having no cell number on the address label. The packet was delivered by the postman to a wrong address on 24 Feb 2012. And due to some kind people I got the Docs (without envelope) on 5 March 2012.
So I just want to tell the waiting applicants to please develop good rapport with your postman.

On ecas it shown we start processing your file on June 2011. I am gonna apply for caip notes as thing getting longer without any further information / clearance received from london visa office. I sent them cse and they told me that your file is awaiting for visa office review and will let you know if additional documents required. |
