First of all, its not necessary to receive the request for updated docs etc immediately after processing of application starts. At time, CHC ask for after 2-3 months depending upon the individual case. However, to remove any doubts, it is advisable to send an inquiry to CHC which will clarify the scenario. Most of the applicants who got IP date in February 2012 have got updates from LVO including medicals and refusals. I have not get any update from LVO since 21-02-2012 as the address was also disappeared on the same day and returned after 4 days. I am worried If LVO has sent me any update, is it in transit or its TCS who is taking time to deliver parcels or is it with Pakistan Post which is not trust worthy for me.
What do you suggest shall I write inquiry to LVO about the status of my application. I am really worried please suggest what should i do....

bohat bohat mobarik baad, u get is so fast..my address also disappeard on 28th feb and reapear today but dint get awaited email.... start packing boy  By the grace of Almighty Allah, I received my PPR yesterday via email.
It came to me only after 1.5 months of my medicals... a lot quicker than my expectations and a very pleasant surprise in deed. My address in e-cas was missing from the last couple of days. They have given me 45 days to submit the passports along with 2 recent photographs of all.
They have advised me to send the passports to CHC London instead of CHC Islamabad, most probably because I have moved to Dubai... even though I originally applied at CHC Islamabad and my file was later on transferred to CHC London just like all other Pre-June applicants from Pakistan.
They have not yet returned my original documents back to me, so along with the passports, I will also send a letter requesting to return my original documents.
My timeline is in my signature below. Keep me in your prayers.

It is just unbelievable my status was changed to DM from RBVO on 27th Feb. I feared rejection
Just now I have received an email asking for the following documents for submission
Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant
Photographs of all family members
Payment of PRF
copies of passport
Updated police certificates
But interestingly no Medicals as yet what does it mean
Please help me.

Its unbelievable....but rocking. It means after submitting these docs you will definitely get medicals because after receiving RPRF there is merely a chance of rejection. on the other side, This is my fear almost everybody is getting update who got update even good or bad something is going on but whats happening in my case. Is there any background checks after getting IP date. |

Thanks. My address had disappeared for four days when I got the IP date. My MR is dated on one of the days that my address was gone, so I feel there is a definite link.

I think IMM5669E (Schedule A) is updated form of IMM008 (If you review them you will just find that IMM5669E omits few information). I need to send same documents as you have too....and as per CHC letter instructed URL, we have got Schedule A only.
In my opinion either of form would work except that for MI-3 applicants now IMM5569E is used. As you people are not MI-3 applicants so its preferable to use IMM0008e if it is still available. Just my opinion. Thanks |

PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE
Dear Forum members
My education and experience is in textiles.
Since past 6 months I had been jobless and desperately trying to establish some business but textiles was not going well because of power and gas crisis.
Within Feb I got 3 Job opportunities including one with a very good salary + Benefits.
Business opportunities are also opening up and it will yield a handsome amount.
I have undergone medical examination on 29th Feb and paid the RPRF fee.
Now what do you suggest ?
CANADA or PAKISTAN.
Canada is new for me and at the moment I have some friends or distant relatives over there. I have asked for their opinion as well. Are there enough opportunities available ?
Can we just finish the landing and come back here and continue the job?

Dear Sufyan, my time line is almost same like yours. I have got IP date and address disappear together which remain disappear from 21st to 25th but no correspondence from LVO till now. did you inquire LVO about your status, If no then you must inquire LVO about your status. |

i applied under 4131 with more then 4 years of experiance .nw i have got medical but from last 7 months i am in dubai and working as a financial consultant.i have not informed chc about it...please advise what i should do? should i inform them about my changed profession ? wat would be the effect on my case ? is there any risk in it?should i get PCC from dubai or ignore it?
