I guess only items like gold, car etc cannot be used as POF at the time of your full doc submission. The certificates/stocks that can be liquidified at any time, can be used as POF. If this is required by VO in any specific case, to provide POF as Bank statement with MR or as Doc update request, then its a different case... I am not sure but Dear seniors please comment....
Bank saving certificate of your name is also acceptable |

I am silent member of this forum,Today i received the Rejection Letter from CHC UK.They award me 22Points for my Education,instead i have calculated 25points.
My Education is B.A ,B,ED.AND MBA regular.Please inform how many points i can get on this education? Is it any possibility for appeal? they award me total 64points.

This is copy paste of cic instructions, any body want to take chance ? not me and i will not use any kind of certificates
- Proof of transferable funds, in your name, in the form of original updated Bank Statement [Transaction Report 3-6 months] equivalent to CAD$23,364 from your bank showing that you have sufficient liquid funds, unencumbered by any debts or obligations.
Note: Bank Certificates / Letters, Joint Bank Account Statements (where co-holder is other than your spouse) or Bank Statement if it is in the name of the Company/Business, Bank Drafts, Saving/Investment documents, Fixed Deposits and Property Evaluation certificates are not accepted as proof of funds.

i Got married in September 2010 and inform CHC and ask for further documentation to add my spouse
but no reply received
after 2 months i again send a letter along my marriage certificate and ask again about documentation but again no reply
i contact third time by sending email to ask further documentation to add my spouse and then got reply in December last week 2011 with list of documents to add my spouse, it was a general reply without and date deadline for submition of documents i took almost 30 days to gather documents and send all listed documents on 26-Jan-2012 following is the list of documents i sumbitted
• Processing fee for my spouse
• Original birth certificate of my spouse
• Copy of my spouse`s valid passport
• 6 Recent photographs of my spouse according to the specifications
• Original “No” criminal activity certificate for my spouse
• Original Computerized Marriage Certificate
• Background Declaration form for my spouse
• Additional family information form for my spouse
• Copy of Computerized National Identity Card with Original Certified English Translation
• Certified Copy of Secondary School Certificate for my spouse
• Certified Copy of Intermediate Degree for my spouse
• Certified Copy of Graduation Degree for my spouse
• Original Transcript of Graduation Degree for my spouse
• Original Transcript of M.A Economics for my spouse
in addition to demanded documents i also sumbitted some additional documents which are expired in my case and mostly demanded by CHC at the time of Medical Request following is the list
• Updated IMM 0008 Generic form for myself
• Updated IMM 5406 Additional Family information form for myself
• Updated IMM 5562 Travel History form
• Updated Original “No” criminal activity certificate for myself
• Updated proof of funds with bank letter and bank account statement of last 3 years
all these documents delivered on 03-Feb-2012 and i track the fee demand draft and come to known that DD was encashed on 16-Feb-2012
i was expecting address disappearing from my Ecase status or any update in next 2 weeks of DD encashment but nothing happened.
Now i again applied CAIPS on 23-Feb-2012 and will get CAIPS after 20-March-2012
Here i am confused if i will not get any update till issuance of CAIPS, will CAIPS come again empty?
should i wait for CAIPS or send them a case specific inquiry at least 2 weeks before issuance of CAIPS because some times it work as when we send CAse specific inquiry they open file and do some work. so if i send it 2 weeks before CAIPS issuance some important working of file will be reported in CAIPS.
Here i would like to tell i have only concern with one factor that is work experience if my job duties match and VO satisfied with my JDS then remainig factors are well covered.
now what you suggest should i wait for CAIPS or send inquiry ?

IMO, you should wait for the CAIPS. It will you a picture of what exactly has been done on your file so far. If nothing is done on your file then you should send an email to them.

i m afraid it is 22 as calculated by VO as 25 is with HONOURS Degree or M.Phil or plus in the same field even double masters degree has only 22 |

I have the same NOC code 0111. I also recieved the original documents in Novemebr 2011 but did not recieve MR. Since then my ecase shows 'in process'. I guess that the occupation code 0111 is on hold for some time. |
