Considering the status on e-case, I think they would have asked for updated forms, PCC etc. MR will come later, otherwise they would have mentioned it in the email.

           My case has been in "process status" since February 2011,

 I sent a query to visa office London on email of the status of my application. They sent me the following reply.


"Please be advised that a letter is in the mail to you. You should be in receipt shortly"

Can anyone let me know what does above statement mean, i haven't received medicals request as yet.

May ALLAH guide us all towards a successful future.

can anyone tell if princpal applicant is husband can he use spouse bank statment in addition with his own statment as POF?
also investment certificates will also accepted by VOs?

anyways i am monitering ur responses.....one suggestion for u as ur timelines r exactly as my friend who have just recieved post letter (by ordinary mail)...VO asked him to send updated forms and PC and etc...i guess u should write them or also check ur near post office for any letter....because there might be chance ur letter is not recieved to u and VO is waiting......i mean because majorities have recieved acceptance or refusal till now with ur time line.....

i submitted all demanding expired documents 26-jan-2012

and my e-case is also not changing means no letter is waiting in local courier office

YES he can as long as she is included in the application no issues at all.

- Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) for you and your spouse

- Proof of transferable funds, in your name, in the form of original updated Bank Statement [Transaction Report 3-6 months] equivalent to CAD$23,364 from your bank showing that you have sufficient liquid funds, unencumbered by any debts or obligations.

Note: Bank Certificates / Letters, Joint Bank Account Statements (where co-holder is other than your spouse) or Bank Statement if it is in the name of the Company/Business, Bank Drafts, Saving/Investment documents, Fixed Deposits and Property Evaluation certificates are not accepted as proof of funds.

What kind of investment Certificates you are talking about. Is it Investment in Goverment Savings schemes or investment in Stocks etc. Please elaborate investment type.

i think due to very fast speed of rejections CHC staff will again slowdown in few weeks due to pressure of appeals.
