Dear Friendzz... Me ! Another silent member of this lovely forum. Today same has happened with my ecas as well. DM with no address and the rest same i.e inside details RBVO... I have observed the same with all...! This is making me a little nervous. How is it possible that non of us have made it. Seniors?  ?? Please Comment! |

Thanks for updating, can any one guide me about my below query?
Dear All,
today i received my orginal documents without any letter, when i see my e status my address is disaprear and inside add one line is "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 16, 2012. " now tel me what is next step?
also Allah gave me baby,
also i have changed my job but i m not principal applicant.
so what should i do next ? please guide me...

Hi,
I am very excited and would like to share a very good news with all the forum friends. My case was refused on the basis of wrong calculation of points by the visa officer. I got refusal letter on 27-01-2012 and send my detailed reply on 30-01-2012. I received an e-mail today from cic london office stating that they have re-opended my case and it has been approved. Additional documents request alongwith medical papers will be disptached in the next few days.

Dear Countryboy My application was refused on the same grounds (points against Spouse's qualifications were not awarded) can you share the appeal/letter you sent to VO for reconsideration as I am also planning to pursue my case Regards |

i am suggesting to make a forum and file appeal against decision?

if every body go alone or individual so doesnot make any impact
atleast those people who think there care is geniun so all should together a file appeal .
