Thanks Julieana

This is my e-cas breakdown:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 31, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 17, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on April 21, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 13, 2010.

I have recently received my Med request, proof of fund request, also they have asked for permanent residence fees, and updated police clearance. Three days ago. Seems like things are moving fast. I am quite shocked that they are rejecting people after so long... my lawyer had told me that would not happen at this later stage. Can i also get a rejection after they ask for all these docs and medical?

No, inshaAllah.
Those rejections are received before MR, and after Medical the only reason is 'something
critical in medical report', May never happen..

Congrats Mrs. Umar,
Well according to general understanding ur consultant is right about not of rejection.
But after watching the current speed of CIC we could not say anything.
So be conscious till the job is done.

It seems that the whole activity of LVO is related to the pre-june Pak. applicants.

Does anybody among post-june Pak applicant has received any updates from LVO over the recent of wave of active trend of LVO?

I don't agree with that. To be on safe side you should have 100% or little more. Thanks
