Dear Seniors

1 - i ordered my CAIPS last year when i was single and submit signed IMM 5475 to concerned visa office without signature in spouse signature box as i was not married at that time.

2 - My brother filled the form IMM 5563B and receive CAIPS in time.

i got married few months ago and submit updated documents to add my spouse in my active application but could not submit revised IMM 5475 form with dual signatures of me and my spouse. now i do not want to submite revised IMM 5475 with signature of my spouse as it will take 15 days to be delivered.

now i am again wana apply my CAIPS to check the current developments in my file i observed that IMM 5563B is revised to IMM 5563E in January 2012 and information boxes of dependents also included in it.

considering the above facts my questions are:

1 - Can i use old form IMM 5563B Instead of new form IMM 5563E?

If No,

2 - if i want to get CAIPS of my file as i am the principal applicant, In IMM 5563E section A, should i also have to write details of my spouse in dependent boxes row , under the boxes row of principal applicant ?

if yes,

3 - can i leave last box unchecked in front of spouse details?

4 - By providing only my information in Section A or by leaving last box of dependent information row " consent included"  unchecked will i get complete CAIPS information of my file including all point calculations including adaptability and VO comments etc.?

hope you will guide me as soon as possible

Regards,

Cheeta

Hi all.

I haven't been very active here. and i don't really understand the abbreviations used for the breakdown of application, But my background is that i applied in Feb 2009. Received my initial approval in a month. Then sent my documents in early august 2009. After that my documents were transferred in 2010 to london, and my e-cas status has been 'IN PROCESS' for almost two years!
Sad I have a lawyer but have been unable to get much info about my case in all this time. I found the case enquiry web form in November, on the london office website and emailed them. They asked me a month later to update my application forms and background declaration for my husband and also send some reports on my pregnancy since i am expecting. I sent those on January 3rd 2012 and have now mashallah received my request for medical, proof of funds, permanent residence fee, updated police clearance and passport copies!
Can anyone give me some idea of when I can expect the landing papers/visa once i submit these? And is there a chance that I may still be sent a refusal? I applied as a college-level teacher, a category which doesn't exist anymore. Also my lawyer has told me that they have received information that the canadian commission intends to 'resolve' 2009 cases by April this year... so that is good news hopefully for those stuck in the 2009 application limbo.
And i would also like to know how much delay i can expect since my baby will inshallah be born in May after my medical is submitted... since that will add another family member.. if anyone has any info on that?

Hope someone can help.

Thanks.

hello all,

My E-case status is recently changed to "Decision Made" from "Received By Visa Office". I applied in Islamabad Visa Officer the case transferred to London VO in June 2010. Here is the text in ecase :

We received your application for permanent residence on August 18, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 7, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on October 14, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Actually, I was in Pakistan when i applied and after sending the Full Documents. I got a job in UAE so i moved here. For the visa processing i requested to return the original documents which they returned back.

My mother is in Pakistan and she is very aged. Recently, she got a call from that they want to call me for an interview and she told that i am in UAE. I don't know exactly how to determine that is was a call for interview from Canadian Embassy or somewhere else.

Another issue is that, yesterday i checked my e-case status and it showed "Decision Made". So after that i am confused what to do in this situation.

Is there any possibility they could reject me because i was not available at that time when they tried to contact me ?

Can anyone explain what is the normal process when the interview is required ?

What are the possibilities that this Decision Made is not rejection ?

Can you guys please give your comments on this situation?

Thanks

These days rejections are so often and according to your timeline I am afraid it could be rejection.
They dont call for interview over the phone, it should be a letter or email. may be you have missed the letter they sent. I know one applicant was rejected and they gave reason that we asked for updated docs and you did not submit ( she never received that letter) or they can find some other reason for rejection
Let us hope for the best, I am also pretty anxious these days.
But not going to canada could be a blessing in disguise.

On the same forum one issue was raised by a member he has suffered a lot, medical may require removing clothes so tell the doctor from the begining if you need female staff for your family,

Dear Khalid sb,then please recommend another DMP as me and my wife have to undergo for medical examination. One more thing which i want to ask from experienced forum members that my wife is pregnant and we have to travel from Multan to Lahore.is there any issue for medical with pregnancy?waiting for your precious replies. Regards

I am a post June 2010 applicant, and received my MR some months ago.
As of the time of receiving the MEDS my wife was 7 months preg. Am a cardiothoracic surgeon and I felt the risk was not really worth it. So I asked the VO for a deferment of my wife's Xray exam which they kindly granted. Now my wife has delivered and we are waiting for the baby's Intl passport to be processed here in England. My question is this should my wife go now for her xray exam or wait to do the her xray part when our baby's MR arrives then both baby and Mum can do the meds. {NB- Myself and my son's have all completed our meds while my wife did all her meds but for the xra

Hi Doctor,

As the X-ray for your wife was deferred due to pregnancy, she should do the X-ray after giving birth of child. It is convenient to undergo both medicals together.
