I think you should read the forum you will find and wait for the seniors to comment on your question .
Alii786Leo. Thanks for your reply

Can you show me a single case where it says the application has taken 4 months at CIO to send a response to applicant after 1st april 2009?

 @  Imran786Leo

yeah that's what I wanted you to write to me to wait for seniors to post a comment. Though I Thanked your reply, But what My Point of View is Please do not misguide anyone by coming up your own perceptions telling ppl in forum that most of them are waiting for 4 Months. I have not seen a single case where anyone mentioned their cases Took 120 days( 4 Months) at CIO. And Yes I do read this Forum regularly. Thanks

Regarding to above thread...i have a question
That it s it mandatory to send old/expired passports too??
In my case, i didn't send old passports because they were expired...and also it has not been mentioned in that email i received with Passport request.
shanbaba and others, Please share your experience in this regard

Dear All
I will really appreciate if some one guide me that if someone had served in the military in the past, his/her application will take more time in processing, how long it take for verification.
I submitted my full application in first week of June but uptill now no response where as most of the people who submitted in June are getting response & even who submitted in July are being verified.

Kindly guide me.

@   Hot-Lier and Other Senior Please.

It has Been 94 days since I had sent My application to Nova Scotia CIO under FSW. Do You all think its a normal case ? Don't You ppl think My application has got somewhere in this world before it reached CIO. I have my own reasons

1- I asked the Post Office company, They said, according to their record this application has already reached to canada, and i was told to contact there in canada for further assurance. now the questions is whom i should contact there in canada? I have already sent email to CIO. no reply so for.

2- I asked the Exchange company where i had made 1100 CA& DD. They said They do not have any record of this DD has been cashed or cashed already or will be em-cashing. I even do not know If the CIO has en-cashed my DD.  dont youa ll think it is really hurting after even so many days i cant get any response from CIO. I have already provided them my email in application.

I was Living in UAE the time i sent Mya pplication, and now i have moved back to Pakistan. My NOC is. 4131 and 4141.
Thanks

Hi lynx_eyed, I understant that it is very frustrating situation for you. Anyway, It is very important to know when (date) your DD was encashed because. If I am not making a mistake then you are the one was in UAE and CHC referred to your application was UK? If yes then please confirm had you informed them about your location change and had to got their acknowledgement. Even then if everthing is done then please do a randum check at your previous address (uae).
Othewise be ready in next 15 days. Best of luck for your AOR!!!

how long does it take to get a PCC from Lahore? do they need any pictures or fingerpringts? Also, I don't have my birth certificate. would a notarized letter work?

PCC in Lahore takes around 4 to 8 days (depends Smiley)))

Please carry;
- Two passport size photographs (not sure 3 photos are required) of each person you are applying for (22y and above).
- Photocopies of passport's first four pages of each person.

They will give you (application forms) for each person which require signatures from each applicant. (to avoid any delay please visit all applicants who are applying).
Rest information you can get from their office.

now a days NS takes 2.5 months for any response after recieving the application. Just count 2.5 months after the day your application has been recieved at NS. Keep checking your email especially junk mail folder as they will response you via email.

Dear All,

I am lookng forward to apply for candaian skilled immigration. i am working as deputy technical manager & believe that i fall under 0213 catagory. there is a designation of technical manager but not deputy technical manager, please guide on this.

As long as your job description mateches with NOC 0213 (atleast 1 year of experience) you do not need to worry.

Hi everyone

I hear that job market in canada is slow these days is that true.

Job market is really in crunch, but recovery speedly. However prices of properties has grown back to its maximum level Sad
One of my friend has told me that cananda is recovery very fast from recession and creating job opportunites to its normal.
