I think its your wife's fault. She should had refuse right away to be examined by a male doctor.
In my case we went to Dr. Abdul Wakil at International Organizational for Migration (IOM), House No: F-8/1, KDA Scheme,#1 Tipu Sultan Road (Adjacent to Karsaz Road) Karachi. The procedure is same as you mentioned in your post, but my wife was examined by a female doctor as we asked for a female doctor for her. I was examined by Dr. Abdul Wakil. Everything went good. No issues.
If not completely I guess munir is right.. You guys should have asked for a female dmp from the start for your wife. However they way you explains it seems not appropriate. If they lady in the room at teatime was not a dmp and just a nurse I am pretty sure she didn't had the authority to check any one related to Canadian pr.. It says in their law only a registered dmp has to check and report about patient..

i am ready to order CAIPS i already email my Cousin in Canada to do that so shall i stop her to do ... please advise
my time line is below Dec 2009 Full docs may 2010 2nd AOR July 2010
in process with RBVO details since july 2011
No problem you can apply caips. But its My suggestion you just wait till end of march may be you will get some update from CHC LONDON. Now a days they are working on our files. You didnt get any thing in your caips becoz your status showing IP/RBVO. your caips will show you all empty spaces only age points 10 and your next BFD date. If you got IN process date in your ecase then you can find something in your caips. Like PSDEC 1 .(paper screening) Points calculation. When it required and urgent you can send email if change of address/phone/in family. but dont send emails to ask about your status again and again and ask that how much time more. You may be able to avoid unnecessary delays by: * notifying the visa office of any changes to personal information on your application, such as your address, phone and fax numbers or a change in the makeup of your family * avoiding repeated inquiries to the visa office.Your application will be delayed if: * there are criminal or security problems related to your application, or additional background checks are needed, or * your family situation is not clear — reasons could include a divorce or an adoption that is not yet complete or child custody issues that have not been resolved, or * the office processing your application has to consult with other CIC offices in Canada or abroad. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply-after.asp#assessment

Cool man. This is not a solution. If you think like that, then its better for you to stay in Pakistan. Dont even think about coming here as It would be very difficult for you to adjust.
Here people are so loving and caring, nobody thinks negatively.
Hope this helps.
Muneer-I guess Pakistan is right, if you have moved to Canada and opted their values 'as it is' then it might looks normal to you but this doctor deserves this treatment, treat him in our style.... Is ko itna maro kay he forgets to mistreat people... or case ka us ko kya pata... I guess wo tu sub ko aisay hi treat karta hoga, so he might not remember who is beating him for his ill acts

This is the SOLUTION man. Keeping in view your timeline, I landed in Canada at least 3 months before you so can better judge environment here. You can be punished in Canada by Law due to this syco act. And one more thing we have left our country but not our honor although I can,t say anything about you Cool man. This is not a solution. If you think like that, then its better for you to stay in Pakistan. Dont even think about coming here as It would be very difficult for you to adjust.

Sir, matter here is not about examining from a male doctor, the matter is his behavior with that lady which is not tolerable at any cost: The lady wanted to have examined but not wanted to have these syco acts from Dr. The doctor can,t force any one for what? Examination or Groping? Her consent for examination does NOT include consent for any vulnerable things such as He did in this and all other cases. Does it means that any innocent lady who comes to his office and gives consent for examination will have to face these things? NO SIR You might be right but there are changes that u may wrong as well.
I am not his relative... Its common sense yaar, he cant force any one. If any lady doesnt want to be examined by him she can always ask for a lady doctor.
Think positively man .....
Regards

hello everyone. i am posting for the very first time in this forum. i am a regular reader of this forum thought never joined. my wife and i went through medicals some days ago. the dmp we selected was dr. arif siddiqui from lahore and a strange incidence took place. we two were checked separately for physical exam in the doctors office. my wife went inside first and came out embarrassed. she later told me that even though a lady was also in the office and giving all the instructions, the doctor was checking her himself. during which, he made her pull up her clothes both from the front side as well as back side to check for breathing thru his stethoscope. the doctor also applied his stethoscope on the inner side of her breasts beneath her top undergarment during which half of the same were visible for around 10 seconds or something. we are very upset about it but the doctor told us it was usual procedure. can someone confirm is it a usual procedure? has someone gone to dr. arif siddiqui in lahore for medical exams?
Hi PK_Canada! I am really sorry to hear what had happened. Dear as you have already shared with us I would advise you to go through proper channel. I do not agree with other people who are asking to beat him up or take him on the road. That can hurt him but just for a short time. Do not worry about medicals as they have already been sent. Report CIC about his behaviour and write a detailed letter explaining what happened. I tell you Canadian authorities take these kind of matters seriously and the least he will loose the opportunity to examine more people. He will be struck off from their list. I would also urge you to report the matter to your local police in Lahore. In Pakistani law there must be some thing like that against what he done. Brother I am with you in this moment of shock. Lastly just be brave to overcome this situation and I appreciate you shared with us this situation and we all support you. May Allah help you and please keep updating what you are going to do. Thanks

thanks very much for all who shared their experiences. and it appears to me no other dmp does things like these. please could someone who visited dr. arif siddiqui share ones experience. we are extremely upset these days and don't know how to go about it. the medicals have been sent by their staff to the visa office. should i report to the cic about this incidence now or should i wait till my ppr/visa? i am afraid reporting now could delay our application? but still i want to do something about this as we are extremely upset about this
Please check my above post. I must add please do not , do not worry about medicals. Just report CIC. Canadians take these kinds of matter very seriously. First of all it won't go wrong as meidcals have already been sent but still in case if he tries to do any thing CIC knows you have reported him so they surely will give you another chance. Do not worry at all.

I strongly agree with you. it's not a problem that why a male DMP examined the problem is the way he examined... and for Mr Muneer1, how we will know that how DMP is going to examine us when we are not fully aware of the procedures??? If his wife was innocent then this doesn't mean that DMP can do anything? I won't say that it was the fault of lady. It was 100% fault of DMP. Hi PK_Canada!

I second your thoughts... Pk_canada must complain about DMP. Canadian authorities will take action.
