thanks very much for all who shared their experiences. and it appears to me no other dmp does things like these. please could someone who visited dr. arif siddiqui share ones experience. we are extremely upset these days and don't know how to go about it. the medicals have been sent by their staff to the visa office. should i report to the cic about this incidence now or should i wait till my ppr/visa? i am afraid reporting now could delay our application? but still i want to do something about this as we are extremely upset about this
I can feel your depression.. But i think you should wait for your PPR atleast. Then you should report the DMP's unethical approach and also inform visa that other DMP's in Pakistan are not doing this. Good luck. May Allah Talah soothes your and your spouse's depression. amen!

Go to his Office and bring him out of the Office beating him from head to foot, then bring him on the road, break her legs at least.. and let the immigration go to hell, if it goes due to this act... *censored word* that doctor, *censored word* thanks very much for all who shared their experiences. and it appears to me no other dmp does things like these. please could someone who visited dr. arif siddiqui share ones experience. we are extremely upset these days and don't know how to go about it. the medicals have been sent by their staff to the visa office. should i report to the cic about this incidence now or should i wait till my ppr/visa? i am afraid reporting now could delay our application? but still i want to do something about this as we are extremely upset about this

Dear Friends, I have one little update that I wanted share with all, my case is showing In Process since long (I had sent my completed application to CHC London on 14 April 2010), they only change in status is that they have added that "we reviewed your file and started processing on 31 Jan 2012", so I am hoping for a good response from CIC London. Secondly I heard from many people that many post Nov 2008 and pre June 2010 applicants have received rejection letters on the ground that there duties do not actually match the NOC they applied for. Can any one like to comment on my post? or share his/her thought? Thanks in advanc

My E_case status was changed to "IN PROCESS" on Aug 4,2011... the last sentence was Ur application is pending for review. I became sick of this last sentence and stopped checking my E-case. Yesterday I just opened and the golden sentence...Your application has been reviewed and Processing has been started on 20/1/2012. So the real and final test has been started...lets see what is the come out.....keeping my finger crossed...

hello everyone. i am posting for the very first time in this forum. i am a regular reader of this forum thought never joined. my wife and i went through medicals some days ago. the dmp we selected was dr. arif siddiqui from lahore and a strange incidence took place. we two were checked separately for physical exam in the doctors office. my wife went inside first and came out embarrassed. she later told me that even though a lady was also in the office and giving all the instructions, the doctor was checking her himself. during which, he made her pull up her clothes both from the front side as well as back side to check for breathing thru his stethoscope. the doctor also applied his stethoscope on the inner side of her breasts beneath her top undergarment during which half of the same were visible for around 10 seconds or something. we are very upset about it but the doctor told us it was usual procedure. can someone confirm is it a usual procedure? has someone gone to dr. arif siddiqui in lahore for medical exams?
I think its your wife's fault. She should had refuse right away to be examined by a male doctor. In my case we went to Dr. Abdul Wakil at International Organizational for Migration (IOM), House No: F-8/1, KDA Scheme,#1 Tipu Sultan Road (Adjacent to Karsaz Road) Karachi. The procedure is same as you mentioned in your post, but my wife was examined by a female doctor as we asked for a female doctor for her. I was examined by Dr. Abdul Wakil. Everything went good. No issues.

dear muneer, thanks for your response. i won't consider my wife to be at fault: 1. she was entered into the doctor's office without me 2. a female also accompanied them, so the female should have conducted these exams 3. according to the dmp manual of the cic, the dmp must ask the female patient before any such exam to which she can always refuse but he never asked 4. my wife couldn't say anything to them out of shyness, also she was completely oblivious of such a procedure as she has never been to a hospital for any such check up

Cool man. This is not a solution. If you think like that, then its better for you to stay in Pakistan. Dont even think about coming here as It would be very difficult for you to adjust. Here people are so loving and caring, nobody thinks negatively. Hope this helps.

still, she could refused. If a female doctor was there, then why another male doctor's presence was necessary? My wife was also went through like this checkup for the first time and even me. They call one by one.

Take it easy Mr.Muneer....no matter how you try to interpret the situation.....the Dr is WRONG !!!!!.....wanna know why?? Well some others have also mentioned about his repute which logically says that his "INTENTIONS" are not right.....finish....end of story....so stop trying to cover up for him ....unless u are maybe related to him or something.....

You might be right but there are changes that u may wrong as well. I am not his relative... Its common sense yaar, he cant force any one. If any lady doesnt want to be examined by him she can always ask for a lady doctor. Think positively man ..... Regards
