Gentlemen and Ladied. My Details as per the cic website are as follows
"We received your application for permanent residence on June 18, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 11, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on August 19, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 19, 2012."
The last line mentioned above was added in the last few days. Can anyone tell me what it means and how long is going to take from here. Help would be greatly appreciated. I am in 0111
Noone can tell you anything, but you might receive updated documents request immediately or medicals in a month or may both these togather in a few months. I got In Process in July 11 and was immediately asked for updated documents and since then I am waiting for any update ? |

Go to DIG Police, CCP Office of your zone and aply there.

Yes, But you can double check by calling or visiting your nearby police station, They will give you clear idea, Actually i got one for my wife, she was living in cantt, and she got from DIG Police, CCP Office, East zone, so accordingly you can check your zone and apply. regards |

If your case has been rejected you receive a letter from your CHC with 2 weeks time explaining the reason of rejection . Please wait till receive the letter after which write for reconsideration. |

Thanks a lot for the support seniors are providing to us newbies.
I wanted to ask that I ve sent my complete documents to London Visa ofice in the first week of August 2010 . In that i updated my newborn daughters documents as well with the visa form IMM 5620 (CAD$ 150). Unfortunately my credit card expired in january 2012 and they havent charged the amount as yet. Can anyone plz guide me to how should i update them abt the latest credit card inormation and also is that a online Way or i have to post the neW credit card information with the filled form IMM 5620
Seniors plz advise,Specially staralihaider. Thanks in Advance.

my address is still missing.
but today I recieve and email from london VO to send "New Schedule A/Background Declaration Form for myself and your spouse" in 15 days.
so address disappearance is not a system update nor glitch.......they are working in real time.

Dear Ahsan ! Please share when you receive any letter OR medical request ect. from them. My ecase also shows that processing started on 20th Jan but I received nothing yet, while some of our forum members have got someting within 7-8 days of their strating date. This is scaring me, anyways... |

Send them an email mentioning clearly that your credit card which you had provided earlier is no more valid and is expired, and give them another credit card details for charging the application fee. You can send same details in their web form also, and can also fax the same print out. Regards |

Send them an email mentioning clearly that your credit card which you had provided earlier is no more valid and is expired, and give them another credit card details for charging the application fee.
You can send same details in their web form also, and can also fax the same print out.

Dear Adeel thanks a lot for your help. I printed the form IMM 5620 and also wrote a cover letter mentioning the change and have posted them my new card details. Hope it reaches london safely and things wrkout properly. |
