Well, what else can you do. We Pakistani think that we are lazy and not capable but believe me, Gorey are more dumb and stupid than Pakistanis. To deal with our cases, they have hired some O-A Level pass youngsters who dont give a damn and dont know what they are doing. I have lived in England for about 10 years and know how they work. Even been to Canadian Embassy, Grosvenor Square twice for a relative visa query and know how good they are. Anyway, its all about luck. I am going to give it one more shot and see what happens.
Remember me in your prayers.

You are right.

Dont worry inshallah you will win your case.

Regular graducation (BA) not private student.

May Allah help you & make things easier for you. Their reply is indeed very surprising & it must be a mistake . You should make a proper appeal & Insha Allah you will have a favourable outcome.

        Hello Sir/Madam,

I want to apply for canadian Immigration in Skilled worker category and I have few qeries regarding that, which are as follows:

Can I deposit only my Application Processing fee at the moment and deposit my dependents Application fee afterwards or after some time period

After how much time of submitting my application I would come to know about my status of Immigration.

Would my dependents be eligible for Immigration if there is a gap of 1 or more than 2 years between secondary and post secondary education.

EDUCATION    MASTER 16 YEARS   L.L.B 2YEARS  TOTAL 18 YEARS                   POINTS  25
SPOUSE EDUCATION    MASTER 16 YEARS   L.L.B 2YEARS  TOTAL 18 YEARS    POINTS  5
SPONSERSHIP                5 POINTS
WORK EXPERIENCE     37 YEARS EXPERIENCE       21 POINTS

If my IELTS would be waived as I have served Government of Pakistan for 37 years and has worked on senior positions.

Would I be eligible for immigtration if my points are not 67 as result of IELTS is awaited

Kindly respond to my queries as soon as possible.

Thank You in Advance !!

now i clear you people, after consult with my Canadian lawyer he told me

 Accompanying Spouse / Common-Law Partner's Education:

if spouse completed his/her 14 years education (graduation) as regular candidate VO will give him 4 points

and

if spouse completed 14 years education as private candidate VO will give him 3 points

Hi : It does not matter if she was a private student or regular as in both cases the lenth of course which is two years after intermediate does not effect. This is just miscalculation of points by the immigration officer i think you should write them e.mail and explain them all the matter and also ask that why they have awarded u three points instead of four points.

Regards.

Dear Abid,
Its not mentioned anywhere on website that private student will get 3 points and regular graduation will earn 4 points. In my case, it is regular graduation anyway. But again, I have gone through website and there is no such thing that you are claiming. If there was any such clause, they would have surely mentioned it.

Dear saaansa

Can you please share fax no., email address or Phone no of the london office to contact them. Only postal address is mentioned on the letter and if i send them the letter through courier or by postal services it would take ages to first reach there and then time would be consumed in getting the reply from CHC London.

Many thanks for your reply .
