Boss i have written each and every bit of information in my last 3 or 4 posts, you may please have a look at them again.

To tell you about your concerns,

I have received request for only four things 1, IMM 007 Form to be updated of Principal Applicant only, Schedule 1 updatd of me and my wife 3, Police certificates of me and my wife only and medicals thats it nothing else.

Buddy on the medical instructions letter it clearly says that we have to undergo the test within 60 days of medical request letter, Although i have received medicals on 26th BUT the date on the request is 18th Jan so it took 7 to 8 days in postal services to reach here in karachi. I have to ensure that the results are done before 17th of March,
Another important thing mentioned on the request for medicals was, THE VALIDITY OF YOUR MEDICALS (12Months) will determine the validity of your visa. It means (my understanding) that i have to reach before lapse of 12 months of my medical tests in canada after receiving of Visa. If God forbifd it get delays for any odd reason then one has to undergo with the medicals again.

i have been using my funds since i sent the application and bank statment but i have invested in mutual funds & Certificates I Will send them if required all such docs for POF as i can not put my huge some of money with out any benefit yaar, after all one can not guarantee that even from the receiving of medicals it could take another year. When needed i can convert all such short term securities in less then 2 days in to hard cash / bank balance,

Finally i have not received any POF or IELTS request. Just four above mentions things only.

Congrats for the MRs. This is surprizing that its now turn of NOC 0111/1111. Me too, got status of Processing started on 20th Jan.

Will the rest of you people (I mean Farhan & Adeel) share the detail of your MRs document package?

As per HAK's details they have not asked for fresh POF. Don't know what status of his funds is now. But I did not leave all the funds in bank account for that tooooo long and uncertain period. So just I want to know from you people, their treatment/ processing of cases in this spell on the following;
1. Are they requiring fresh POF with MRs?
2. What time are they taking from MRs till stamp of visa for PR?
3. Is IELTS requested from all the new MR receivers?

As we are all NOC 0111/1111, having same timelines and, possiblly same dates for the next steps, you people are requested to please, if you think appropriate, convey your contact details at my e-mail brainpak AT hotmail.com. We may share further information on each step for each others help.

Just let me know is there any slip or acknowledgment is received after going through the medicals which is required to be sent to CHC London?

They have asked me to provide three things
1, Principal applicants updated form IMM0007
2, Schedule 1 update of me and my wife
3, Police certificates of me and my wife

And finally No4 Medical tests. Since the results would be dispatched directly by the doctor, what am i suppose to send along with the above three? If a slip is received from the doctor , do i have to submmit it along with the three???

Or if not can i send the first three only and medicals would be sent directly by the doctor???, please reply

U mainly have to fill Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] form to declare addtion in family. There it contains lots of questions that u need to fill in and attach evidence that i have mentioned in my post. These attachments are not clearly mentioned in one place but are based on my personal experience and information on the practice...and based on what i did for myself to declare for the new born in between the application process. I would really appreciate if QORAX or Other senior members of the forum could help me answer my below 4 queries ;

1) I have received medical for myself and ma wife, unfortunately they did not update my file as I was blessed with a baby boy during the process of application, although I have email confirmation from CHC Islamabad when I emailed them about the update. Since i have not received the medical request of ma kid what should I do??

Has anybody had this bitter experience like mine where medical request of a kid or any of the family members was missed out erroneously by the CHC London or Islamabad??

What action was taken then ?? or what is required by me now???

2) should i go through with the medical of my wife and myself as it says(Medical request ) the medical tests should be conducted within 60 days of request, i am not sure in next 50 odd days I would be lucky enough to get the medical request of my boy too? I am willing to have my baby's test done separately and since it not as per their SOP I will submit the medical test of my boy along with his copy of birth certificate, Passport. B Form. Photo Graphs as per standard requirements, Pay Order of CAD 150 with the relevant Immigration forms??? It would save time I suppose and I would be ready to do the medical of my baby boy again when the medical request is received formally in the due course ? Seniors please suggest?

3) The cover letter from CHC London has asked me to  provide with the four docs;

a, IMM007 Form for Principal applicant    b, Schedule 1 of me & ma wife     c, Police clearance certificate of me & ma wife  and d (last) medical tests to be conducted . My question is I can arrange for the first three in a couple of days snd the reply without medicals ??BUT for medical what needs to be done ?

Since I have no idea of medical procedure as of now , is there any slip or acknowledgment is provided to the applicants after medical tests which needs to be sent to CHC London as a proof that the applicant has gone through the tests as required?

If yes then I have to wait till medicals are conducted AND IF NO  then can I reply to CHC London with the first three requirements only as under:
a, IMM007 Form for Principal applicant    b, Schedule 1 of me & ma wife     c, Police clearance certificate of me & ma wife  ?

Is thats the way to go about it ??

4) as per CIC list only two medical practitioners are approved for medical exams , I have seen the list and it's A DR. Roohina Sattar & B Dr Abdul Wakil
When I called first for appointment and info I came to know that Dr Roohina Sattar has left the Hospital , and she has gone to some another hospital. My question Is it the Hospital which is approved by the Canadian Immigration authorities (I guess no bcoz the have mentioned name of the Doctor in the list as primary and hospital secondary) If she has joined another hospital is it Ok to have medical tests from there as the name of the hospital is not in the list of approved???

When I called for the second its IOM International Organization of Migration I was told that they only take appointments from Monday to Friday (Week Days) and the checkup is done only one FOUR days i.e Monday to Thursday,,,, On top of that when I called on Friday 27th Jan (only few hours after receiving medical through courier on Thursday) I come to know that booking is only available on or after 10th Feb 2012,,,,,,,, This is absolutely nonsense........ Surprisingly in the city of Karachi with a population of 18-20 million they have only two doctors on the list and OUT of two one has left the approved medical institute???
Members please reply, specially from Karachi with their hands on experience!!!!!

he is happy and sounds satisfied by DMP.

Congrats for changing the status into..process started..
Actually at this time CHC will not ask you POF and instead you will be required to carry your funds in the form of Draft while going for landing to Canada, Hence you can sit relax and no need to worry about it now.

I have got one standard documents request letter from CHC and they asked me Forms IMM0008, Background declaration, Police Certificates and original language ability test result. ALl is fine except original language test results, as i have already sent them original at the time of submitting detailed documents to CHC Islamabad in 2009. I have already sent email to CHC London about it and now waiting for confirmation about that what do they mean by asking this.

I was also worried that i might need to re sit again in IELTS but in fast track scheme they need valid certificate only at the time of application, and doesnt matter how long case process takes time. so still confused on this.


Further I will keep updating my case progress in future as it will go further.

Wish all of us go thru all these procedures and reach to the destiny with Allah`s blessings.

I would like to share with you all that today I have received a letter from cic regarding my case. They have rejected my case as total points score was 66. They have made a mistake in awarding points clearly.
For adaptability (partner's education) points, they have given me 3 points instead of 4. For graducation, it must be 4 points i think. I am going to send them a reply with cic documents clearly saying that for 14 years/graduate degree, 4 points will be awarded.
If anyone in the past had faced such experience, please share your views.
Any valueable comments will help me a lot.

I have been busy and could not check post on this forum during past one week or so. As I was excited while reading that lot of Finance guys are getting updates/MR, I thought that I should check my case status as well. A line has been added saying that they have started processing on 18-01-2012. Last line mention that decision has been made.
This is very confusing, Should I expect MR request soon or something elso?
