Dear All,
I would like ask that the bank statement and availability of funds submitted during March 2010 at the time of sending documents to Islamabad will still be valid or not? Now the CIC will verify whether the funds shown are still available now or will just verify that during March 2010 it was available?
The detail of my application is as below:
CIC Applicant Sent: Oct 2009
Approval from CIC and Transfer to CHC ISB: Dec 2009
Doc Submitted to CHC ISB : Mar 2010
File transfer to CHC Londan : June 2010
Status Change to “IN PROCESS”: Dec 2011
Also please advise that I am going marry next month, so should I send update to CIC Londan just after marriage or should wait for some response from CIC Londn.
Guidance from the members is highly appreciated.
CIC have requested for funds or bank statement at any time of your stage keep your bank statement up dated usually of 6months and you will update them, when you become married . |

Many people will argue with it but in my understanding cic will only confirm the authenticity of the letter issued by the bank (means at the time of issue your balance was correct). Now at the time of ppr cic will ask u to provide 3 or 6 months bank statement, for this you must maintain the balance from the time you receive medical request. then at the arrival time again u need to show funds at the airport. |

Excellent!!! Congratulation. Do you fill Generic form? What is Question 3 means File #  ? Question 3 Indicate your Universal Client Identification number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID. All seniors Please give your comments. Great News to all...for Pre-June 2010
Yesterday my consultant received email from CHC-London which extract are as under:
* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"
and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012.
Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.
Hope above information is a Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.
