i want to ask that we have to submit original educational documents to CHC and then they return the original documents. It it true that now CHC dont return the orignal educational documents submitted with complete application for immigration or they still retrun the documents?

Moreover; all educational documents must be in university sealed envelopes or now this requirement is waived off?

Thanks for your reply. If you remember i was in touch with you before almost 1-2 years ago on another forum, our category is same as 0111 and you sent docs in july 2009 and me in sep 2009. So lets see when i get further docs and MR. i hope to receive some good news soon. coz now they r working on our cases and some other fellows also got the same requests these days. keep in touch bro. regards.

I am a pre june 2010 applicant

i sent the full docs to vo london in october 2010 and  got the acknowledgement

of full docs sent in febrary 2011

i applied as a bachelor person, now i am about to get married by april 2012.

I have certain questions

1) Can i add my spouse to my application now

2) if i add spouse to my application now where should i sent his documents to visa office london or to sydney nova scotia

3) Would adding spouse to my application cause additional delay

4) Would my spouse qualification matter now since it has been about a year after sending docs to visa office 

please advise
