what type of proof generally embassy asked pay slips , experience letter , contract letter which I have but I have to wait 1 year to complete 1 year minum work experience.

No they will not refuse your application, there is no need to have a relevant education you will be awarded points seprately, but you have to provide proof to have suffice experience in accounts.

Yes, all these requirements you will have to fullfil and your DBA will support your application as an accounting background...

guys...just wondering why my ECAS status was like this....havent done anything yet...am still preparing with the full application im about to submit next month....im afraid they withdrew my application for some reason....

i want  to apply udner FSW. I have 4 years bachelors degree in business administration and one and half years of work experience as a accountant or may say assistant accountant.  does my education and working experience qualifies for the NOC 1111.

Secondly, I have got a Job Offer in canada. where should i submit my application either in canadaor in pakistan CHC. what documents are required to send at the first stage.

Hi Paki.......................I think first of all if you have an arranged employment in canada then it does't matter if you fall in that 38 occupations or not. Secondly you have to follow the same standard procedure as FSW. Copy of your passport, Standard Application and DD in canadian dollars. But all you need is to calculate your points at self assesment test for your eligibility.

Salam to all members,

My name is Hammad and I am 2004 applicant, I have have received the same letter(as received by Imran) in May 2009 via TCS. Now I am is process of collecting their needed updated documents, as CHC has given me 60 days time to submit the documents which will expire on 6th July. Hopefully I will send the documents on 30th June via TCS and the next day these will be at CHC, Islamabad.

hello Guys/Seniors..

I have got a permanent full time job offer in canada. is there any time period attached with the job offer. for example, a kind of contract of certain period of time or it is just a job offer without any contract. further more, i want to know that after reaching there am i bound to wotk with the same employer or the employer is bound to have me for a certain period of time. if so, for how much time it would be.
 
If i leave the job or the employer fires me, in both cases is there any obligation/penalty for both of us, the employer or employee.

And in FSW category if i want to continue my study and leave the job, is it will effect my status of being there or anything harm in it.

so please tell me about my baby passport which is the manual passport.so for visa do they accept manual passport or only computerized passport.
please tell me urgent about that

Computerized passport is only issued in Pakistan, all Pakistan embassies abroad don't have facility for computerized passport.
For CIC manual or computerized passport doesn't matter.

Hi to all

I am a first timer int his forum, have applied in September 2007 under skilled worker (Central) I received a letter from CHC Isamabad early this year either to withdraw the application and have your refund of application fee, or let the application to be processed here.

I have no clue when I will receive next letter and from where.

Please help ?
