Guys I have a query regarding my friend's case , he applied in June , application received at CIC on the 26th of June , received PER at the end of August, after PER his E-CASE was directly IN-PROCESS, his NOC is 7216 (Contractors and Supervisors, Mechanic Trades) today he got a fone call from T C S (Courier Company) , they told him that he has got a packet of documents from Canada Plz bring Rs 1300 with u & collect ur packet................................. he is a bit worried, what would be in his packet? he will go to pick it up tomorrow, it cant be a medical request??? as he was not asked for additional documents yet? he didn't send PCC for himself & his Mrs??? Didn't send his original Birth Certificate??? Also missing some educational documents of his wife (didn't enclose his wife's O Levels Certificate) which may reduce his Mrs education points too......... Note: he is a textile graduate does not have a degree in Mechanical Trade but his J D's were matched according to the requirement of CIC.. Plz share ur views........ has he got rejection from V O due to incomplete docs? have they sent his all original docs to him or his complete application is sent back to him???
AFTER PER HIS E-CAS DIRECTLY CHANGED TO IN-PROCESS (NOT R B V O)

If he has received PER then there wont be any issue of missing documents. And this packet could be from Canadian High Commission, England. And If its really from Canada then it might be his PER letter. I think after e-mail they send PER letter by post as well. I am not sure caz I received my PER e-mail two days ago. But i think its PER letter. Plz share with us tomorrow what he got in the packet.

seems to be medicals - 1- London accepts matric certificate as alternative for birth cert for pak and indian applicants. not documented anywhere but many applicants including Qorax have gone this route. 2- PCC request can be enclosed with the medicals. 3- if O levels is not the last edu credential of his wife and there's another valid degree which was submitted than they wont ask for previous degrees. Its probably rejection or they have asked for further proof of job description. I am a textile graduate and no textile graduate in Pakistan can fulfil the employment requirements for 7216. JD may match in certain cases but unfortunately employment requirement is impossible because there is no regulatory body which gives trade certification or verifies the experience in skills trades. Employment requirementsCompletion of secondary school is usually required. Several years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in a relevant trade are usually required. Journeyman/woman trade certification in a relevant trade is required. Guys my friend received his packet from T C S , Yesss........ it is a medical request, including PCC & RPRF request...... He is really a lucky chap he got medical request less than two months after receiving PER, God knows how V Officers are working on applications , it seems they are working quickly on specific NOC's ? ? ? I m thankful to all of my friends who shared & posted their views , Thanx again & appreciated. Murtaza

@ Murtaza I think our friend is lying, firstly he being a textile worker has been accepted as mechanical supervisor, secondly how can his back ground check be completed immediately after getting In Process (in such short span of time) and without getting RBVO . People like Ammar Tahir who had applied in the same NOC in sep 10 are still waiting to get In Process. I had applied in the same NOC in Nov 10 and I am In Process since July 11and got a request for additional documents but still not got my MR. Moreover you said your friend had not even send birth certificates, how can London VO accept that and not ask for birth certificates even now.

No not at all. Polygamy is not allowed in Canada rather illegal in Canada. you can check discussions on it in these links. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t59336.0.htmlhttp://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t4582.0.htmlhttp://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t80946.0.html
