i m living in KSA since 3 months..on family visa.my husband is living in KSA since 6 yrs...i m the principle applicant..my visa office will be london directly..or i hav to apply from pakistan to islamabad first

24 to 30 months after full documents submission.

I hope so! coz 24-30 months from the date of submission of original docs for me would be falling b/w Dec-11- June 12. Realistically with out any background check , call for interview and on top , with out any request for medicals after 8 months of change of status "INPROCESS" since marc-11, i dont expect things to tunraround in such a dramatic manner and so swiftly. Your visa office will be London. But if you reside in other country than your own for more than a year then you will have two choices. One is that you make your home country as visa office (for Pakistan it is London) and 2nd choice is the other country you are residing now (but you must have lived there from more than a year.) And now every1 has to send application to CIO, Sydney, NOva scotia. after initial eligibility review CIO will send your application to your respective Visa office. Then your correspondence will be with your visa office only. |

You can not apply from KSA because you have only 3 months of legal stay there. You have to apply from Pakistan. Applying from Pakistan doesn't means that you have to come back here. You can apply in CIO Nova Scotia and mention your VO as Islamabad Pakistan. Your application will be transferred to London automatically because FSW Pakistan applications are being processed in London. You have to provide PCC from each city you have lived after the age of 18 years. There is no need to prove anything to VO if you have a valid Birth certificate from Rawalpindi. Birth certificates are required for confirmation of your age. salam all seniors...
i hav a question tht i ws born in rawalpindi thn i came to karachi in 3 month of age..thn i never go back there..n my bith certificate is of rawalpindi..plz tell wht visa officer will think of this how i prove tht i came in such early age to karachi..n do i need pcc from rawalpindi 2
