I applied in 2006 but still my application is in process so a little bit worried about the age limit of the dependents(children) till which they can get PR with the applicants.....

I have one more question about prove of fund
do I need to open a foreign currency account? I am applying from KSA my account is in Riyals so how visa officer will consider it?
you don't need to open FC account. Just in riyal a letter will be okay as a proof of fund. |

getting computerize Nikkah nama is okey or we should submit old one with translation and then attestation.

You can submit it . Computerised birth certificate, you would get from your respective union council. Because Nadra has tranfered this responsibility to Union Councils and Metros. |

Dear @ coollover, I have almost same timelines.. I applied on 28th sep'10 and got PER on 8th Feb'11.. since then no answer  ... so thanks for sharing this.. as now im confident that im not the only left candidate waiting for London visa office reply...  What is your e-cas status?? im expecting that we might get reply / medical request in nov-jan period (9-11month from RBVO).. what do u think? Keep in touch  Arif well are in all same boat. all RBVO...but b positive and hopeful... |

hi every one...i just have one query that i am the main applicant and am in pakistan and my husband who is currently in uk is my dependent. he has taken a loan of approx 10,000 pounds from uk bank but is regularly paying the monthly charges. we have sent our medicals and are waiting for the next stage. i have this question that during the security checks made by them after the medicals, does it involve evaluating any loan a person has taken..and if yes then does it lead to the refusal of visa..plz respond,,,m soo worried..Thankyou.

If your assets minus loan is a negative number than u r in a high risk of refusal. Assets means property, car, jewelry and liquid funds in the bank. If your bank statement - loan is less the minimum requirement of CIC. Than get evaluation certificates of all your assets from banks. Write a letter to VO explaining that you have enough liquid funds to land and survive in canada. Simple equations to follow areAssets - Liabilities (WHOLE FAMILY) must be greater than $13,837 for a family of 2 persons.
