hi,
i applied in Oct,10 and got 1st AOR in Feb,11..since then no news..i mailed london visa office on 11-10-11..

I submitted the information regarding my new born baby with fee on 30.05.2011 through a courier but yet I could not get any acknowledgement of additional information as well as the fee receipt.
 
Further you are requested to please update me regarding my application.

i got similar reply on 28 aug and on 29 sept again i enquir and got the reply
"Your file remains under review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your application."

1.            I am applying from KSA my name is XY in my Iqama (Resident Permit for ksa) they wrote my name XY+father name (my name does not include father name). So please tell what will be my given and family name in application form.
2.           I am applying under NOC 3112 do I h to give my matric and inter orignal transcripts.
3.           I am planning score 5 points for my aunti in canada from where do attest copies of documents (Phone bill, passport , citizenship card) from canada or pakistan or ksa
4.           Can any doctor tell me do I have to submit my pmdc certificate also with other documents.
5.           Do any one know a good and valid attestation and translation service in pakistan.

Dear brother,

1.           Write your name as it is on Passport (your name XY, Last name or Family name Y, Given name X)
2.           No matric and inter docs are required only college or univ credentials are required.
3.           No need to attest citizenship or PR card or bill as CIC is also work as Citizenship department they can verify the citizenship so no need to attest,   but to be on the safe side you can attest the copy of citizenship or passport from where you will attest other documents like translations.
4.           PMDC certificate is your registration certificate as doctor, although its not mentioned in the document check list for FSW but again to be on the safe side and avoid delays you should send it along.

On 5 Sep, I request for withdrawal of case by sending them written request by tcs. CIC send an email mentioning that if my case has crossed screening stage, I will not get my money back. I kept  on sending them emails for return of documents and that I am not interested in getting back my money. Today, I got a call from TCS and got my educational documents back. CIC has also placed a letter in my parcel mentioning that I will get the money cheque in 6 months as screening has not yet started . So, from January till October 15, non of our cases has passed screening stage. THats why they returned the money. Just imagine how much time CIC will take to screen our docs and send medical request. I hope you can well imagine the state of affair. I have withdrawn my application because I am going there as International student for doing MA. Ontario province gives international student immigration as soon as complete their education from a public funded university.

So instead of waiting for this immigration process, I am going there to complete 1 year Masters. Then I can apply from a  local immigration office and time it takes is just 1 year. Meanwhile, I will be given 1 year work permit. Spouse is also given work permit.
