But you can ask them if they are approved by any embassies, this office is an air conditioned one with glass doors and their papers mention that it is approved by saudi embassy etc
Another thing is that most of the oath commissioners are fake, you can see their stamp seal which they put on the documents and then ask them to show ID card (which they never have) and many of them will be using same name seal and signing fake signatures.
I dont know if it will make any difference, it's upto you if you want to take care, if you find original person it will charge a bit more.

Dear All,

I am very worried at the moment. I sent my application alongwith the required documents to CIO through TCS on Oct 02, 2011 from Karachi. Today it is 11th of October but the shipment hasn't been delivered as yet:(. I am worried.

I called TCS and they are saying that they dont know why shipment hasn't deleivered because it should have been delivered by now. They have given me a complaint number and said that they will try to track my documents and would call me in 24 hours:(.

I sent my documents to following address;

Dont worry brother , I also sent my application by T C S & after 3 or 4 days I could not track it , I called T C S helpline they told me that my shipment was handed over to D H L & I was given a new tracking no to track my shipment on D H L website, it took 12 days to reach in Nova Scotia , Just relax & wait , In sha Allah U'll get the receiving notification soon.
