I am surprised that you have submitted without IELTS, after June 26 2010 it is a must,  I will say  even now you should go for IELTS immediately and submit the result as soon as possible to chc.

Dear khalid i would like to know about Johar consultant that how much u got succeed in your case kindly reply me back . thanks

Can I resubmit my new IELTS score for imporving points for Skilled worker category--- pls help out??

Hi seniors,

I have already submitted my immigration case under skilled worker category for 39 occupation list and I got success in that.
after this,I submitted my all required documents to London office for further processing... My total points that i attended from my point of view are 68 and my IELTS sores 12 points w.r.t canadian immigration.

My question is:
Should I resubmitted my New IELTS score to get more points like 16 ? becuase I want to stable my immi case after getting
16 points that will sum up to 72 points for immi case

Please suggest, is it possible?

Thanks.

Regards,
Oad

Well Good News for us...We sent them a scanned letter requesting to reissue the AOR, they did and today we GOT OUR AOR  Cheesy !! Cheesy!!
We will be applying ASAP just gotta get all the documents done, esp police certificate...our deadline for application is 27-Dec-2011.

Wish us luck!

How much time will it take, if you guys can provide any idea? we are applying to London office under MPNP family stream. Can we apply to any other office, which has lesser processing time?
Also, how do we make the payment for the Processing fee? I mean to whom do we address it?

Thanks all and pray for us!

Dear khalid i would like to know about Johar consultant that how much u got succeed in your case kindly reply me back . thanks

Owner of Johar Consultant is hide and operating by the name of Ali Johar has used to give overseas land line number to his clients by saying that he is residing in Canada. However this number is registered through SKYPE (ONLINE NUMBER OF SKYPE PROPERTY).  I don't know why he has lies to people whom entrust on him.

He used to make communication on SKYPE with his clients.  It is recently prevails that he is living in Julistan-e-Johar and his last name is ALI not Johar.

He has also taken a re-route facilities of incoming calls on number mentioned above through SKYPE.  For example, if someone make a call to that number and on other hand ALI Johar receiving it in Karachi pretending that responding from Canada just to make people fool and giving impression that he is located in North America / Canada.

For information, his brother named MAHMOOD has been ran away for last six months and before that another guy named ASAD had also disappeared due to FIA investigation.

For Instance, Ali Johar trapping the clients by saying that they will send abroad on permanent Residency status on committed amount and even not giving documents for client's record.

Whatever, I have mentioned above; it is already sent it to FIA and Canadian High Commission Islamabad for prompt inquiry. Details of his CNIC / Bank Account etc. have already been submitted.  Hope action will be taken soon.

Hi Guys,

Please comment, my ecas staus shows "In Process" when clicked on it it shows "We received your application for permanent residence on July 8, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."
