Hi everyone:
I'm so confused. I submitted my application in April 2008. At that time the list of NOCs were not issued under the new immigration laws. My work experience is 4 years in the legal field.
My application was sent to NS in April and then the status changed and now it says 'we received your application in April 2008'
It is like my application status reverted back to the previous position. The thing is that it's been 5 months since then and the CHC hasn't refused my application either as I don't fit in the new NOC category.
So I want to know what is the apparent fate of my application. It's in status quo, neither I was asked to submit further docs, nor they have returned/refused my application yet.
I'd appreciate suggestions, views regarding this situation as it is getting really annoying.

And do you have some idea when will the NOC list be revised, new categories be added or dropped?

One more question when will I formally get the refusal? It's been 16 months since I submitted the application (after the change of law) and 4 months since it came back from NS.

I want a decision on my case. Whatever it is

Thanks very much AMERZ for your kind opinion about go ahead with unsealed transcripts  did you send ur transcripts unseald?
I would also like to get advice from other senior members like

What about   JA77, SSKHAN, AFRAZ what have decide about sending  transcripts to CHC  sealed or unsealed

Notarized photocopies of all your educational documents ONLY

if u can arrange the sealed transcripts from ur university,than arrange, otherwise go with the notarized copies

Moreover wht is the acceptable vision is?.
 Also how they chk ur eyesight
Does eye test is taken by dmp or his staff

I have received provisional acceptence letter and I am about to submit the full application in 10 - 15 days. You can add my name in the list you have prepared. I applied in september 2008, received provisional acceptance on 25 May 2009. My NOC is 0311.

DMP himself check your eyesight by showing you a screen with different size of words written on it. So if you can read them even with glasses then its ok

Hi SASIF, you are most welcome. I understand from your statement that you have received your 120 days letter "after eligibility review from CIO". Insha'Allah you will get your PA (provisional acceptance letter after submitting your full application at CHC)

       r u recieved passport request...actually i have done my medicals at 10august and urs r of 7 ...so we have less distance....how many points u get..we got 73 points....whats ur opinion.....when will we recieve medical confirmation letter approx...

       when did ur medical done after how much time u got second demand from CHC for repeat medicals....did ur medical done by rohina sattar....anyways....gog bless upon u and ur family...and u will recieve ur confirmation this month inshallah...all prays for u for ur successful response of medical....

I did although havent recieved provisional acceptance from chc-isb yet, since the time i sent my docs back in june.
