No I havent received any medical call. I am principal applicant and my spouse is suffering from this hearing problem. 1 of this forum`s members has mentioned that CHC LDN is now calling for interviews for immigrant catagory of visas. so please clear this all if u have any idea.
Thanks and regards

Hi seniors please guide as CHC LDN is conducting interview of immigrants, in FSW catagory if the spouse is a bit hard to hear or about unable to hear due to hearing loss, then what would be the situation in case of interview called by VO. The questions that Visa Officer wants to ask from the spouse can be answered by the principal applicant ?
hi see its depend on interview call letter if they ask to bring your spouse then you should take you cannot make any excuse the other listening problem you can check through CHC because as per my knowledge if they call your wife at the time of interview and if vo ask any question directly from your wife then you cant give him a answer and its consider as a - at the time of interview one more thing recently i receive my interview call and on general instruction they clearly write that if you have any language problem then you should bring any professional translator with you from your expenses we cannot provide you any services and its should not be your relative or friend , first we verify his paper then we allow him to set with you at the time of interview.

Dear All, The best situation is to get MR without interview but if you get the Interview letter feel yourself lucky. Because when CHC ask for updated documents it takes 3-4 months to assess those documents but if someone is called for an interview they take decision during the interview so everyting is done in 45 minutes to 1 hour. So dont be afraid of interview. Best of luck to All May Allah help us all

Dear countryboy
My status was also changed to IP on 1st march 2011 and its still IP. i have not received any Verification Call or any update from London VO till now. I submitted full documents to Islamabad VO in January 2010. what do you think, is it normal or something can happen in my case like interview etc.
Coincidently my time lines are similar too with you guys. NOC 1111 Docs to NS July 2009 1st AOR on Email October 2009 Original Docs submitted with CHC Islamabad on 10th Dec 2009. 2nd AOR receivd in Jan 2010 (with Letter dated 23rd Dec 2009) File transferred to London High COmmission in June 2010 E-CAS changed to in process in March 2011 So its been a long agonizing wait of almost six months since IP status and almost 21 Months since my submission of Original Docs with CHC Islamabad. I haven't received any phone call and there is no change in my E-CAS status. Well they it no news is good news, dont know its true in our situation as well

Dear this is only my opinion so you can also take the remarks from seniors , any way as per my knowledge if some body apply along with his family and at the time of medical CHC failed any of the dependent becasue of any reason then its consider full application rejection so your question is also smiler to this , you can take a advice from seniors because i don't have to much knowledge on this matter what i face through my experiences i will pass on state away i suggest you to take a advice from QORAX but in front of seniors i don't have to much knowledge

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.aspAs we can see from the link, so far CIC has received just 1979 applications till second week of Sep. If we analyse it further, there are six categories for which the numbers have crossed 100. So if we assume that these six will reach to cap in full then it will 3000 applications. For the remaining if we assume that CIC will receive 2500 applications then the total will be 5500 applications. And if we take average of 3 persons/application it will come to aroung 16500 persons. So there is a good chance that VO will find time to look into pending cases for MI 2 and MI 1 in 2012. But this is purely an analysis and actually it can turn differently as well.

London office = Inventory Statistics as of April 1, 2011 Number of applications from 26/06/2010 to April 1, 2011 = 810 only Number of persons from 26/06/2010 to April 1, 2011 = 2,391 Number of applications from Nov 28, 2008 to June 26, 2010 = 13,074 Number of persons from Nov 28, 2008 to June 26, 2010 = 40,404 So they can wipe the backlog (for pre-june 2010) in 2012 & 2013 if wish to do that.

Interesting Statistics, what i make of it is that: from Nov 28, 2008 to April 1, 2011 = 42,795 visas & their annual visa quota for fsw is 17,000 to 17,500 hence approx 2.5 years to wrap it up.. but there are SAP applicants in the pipeline as well! Source: http://www.data.gc.ca/default.asp?lang=En&n=C517024E&xsl=datacataloguesearchrenderer%2Cresult&searchoffset=11&searchdisplaycount=10&databasematch=wsforms&filtername=formtype&formtype=DD116BB0-BB54-41A5-B210-D245C0139CA9&keywords=immigration&submit=Search#resulttopI think the situation is not that bad as has been portrayed by the VO . Yesterday, I received a letter from CHC London asking me for the following. The letter is dated 13th September which is exactly the same date when my address disappeared from e-cas.
1. New application for Permanent Residence for principal applicant 2. New Schedule A background/declaration form for principal applicant and spouse 3. Updated police clearances for principal applicant and spouse 4. Two recent photographs of all 5. RPRF fee for principal applicant and spouse
They have given me 90 days from the date of this letter to send them these documents.
This is the first correspondence I have received from CHC ever since 2009.
Keep me in your prayers. Regards.
