It could be either one of the following:
1. You are entering the wrong Number be it Receipt Number or the File Number
2. It has to be the Surname of the Principal Applicant not the First name
3. Date of Birth that you entered is wrong
4. Country that you entered might be wrong.
Last but not the least is
You might be using the services of Inter net from a an ISP that does not allow you to access such information. As the info on the page is encrypted........If you are using any defence ISP then it wont work. Try plain and simple PTCL or any other Civil ISP.......or it could be that your internet speed is too slow that the secure connection gets cut.........and the CIC site disconnects you before it can retrieve any data....
