Yup, its a SCAM alright, they'll play around a little and will soon ask you for money, around $500 - $1000 as processing fee via Western Union and will guarantee visa etc.. Once you make a transfer, they'll disappear like they were never there.. You can play along if you want to but do not give out any personal info! Hello friend !
Yesterday i got an email from somewhere stated :
"Hello!
We welcome you to join us in Canada Hotel Industry! Comfort Inn Hotels Canada, offers various job opportunities in different regions.
If you are interested in joining one of the Comfort Inn Hotels Canada teams, we invite you to submit your resumé and we will contact you should a position matching your profile opens up from now till the 30-September-2011
We seek, men and women, married and single,Job-seekers that would like to work and live in Canada under contract program.
Comfort Inn Hotels will pay for flight ticket and assist applicants concerning visa processing in candidate country of resident,
interested candidate should contact the secretary via e-mail with UPDATED resume for more information and immediately employment."
My E-Case is already "in process" under Noc 0631. 1. I just want to ask that what type of email is this 2. Either i send my CV to them or not
Any one of you receive emails like this ??

Dear friends today I m sharing that one of my friends who is a dentist sent his completed documents to CHC London in June 2011 has got medical request and he with his family has under gone medical examination last week. He is a post June applicant. This clearly shows that CHC is only considering post June applicants or those who are in a very advance stage. The CHC web site clearly shows that Pre June cases are taking 26 months (or God Knows ), and in my opinion those cases whose occupation is not in the list may not be processed as they require them no more.

Hello, If its a good opportunity go for it. Because no one is sure about how long they will take to process your application. So in my suggestion, you should avail this opportunity and remember us in your prayers.
That depends upon what kind of PNP u have applied for? Passport request may take more than 2 years so dont wait and avail the Saudi opportunity.
Thanks for your suggestions... ALLAH helps you all inshaALLAH... PNP saskatchewan takes 8-10 months to issue LOA and 5 months have already passed.. and the application is in process...

You are right. Post June applicants are given priority but pre june applicants are also not completely wiped out. Your turn will also come up not now but may be in an year's time.Be optimistic and good luck

@ pittabread I see many applicants of post June 2010 applicants that is September/October/November/December 2010 have not received medicals, and as per some posts here in this forum June 2011 and earlier applicants have received medicals. Why is this anomaly ?? Those post June 2010 applicants who have received additional documents requests (updated IMM08, PCC etc) when are they expected to receive medicals ? You are right. Post June applicants are given priority but pre june applicants are also not completely wiped out. Your turn will also come up not now but may be in an year's time.Be optimistic and good luck

Hi! Yes I also observed the same thing that those who applied earlier like in Sep/Oct 2010 havn't received medicals or gone in process yet. But I think they are very few. One reason may be when Ministerial instructions came into force to give priority to post june applicants, that time was like January / February 2011 so the applications received that time may be given more priority than to those received earlier in Sep /oct 2010. This is just my own guess and it can be wrong. This seems unfair that those applying late are getting priority. Example is pre june and even older applicants who have been waiting for ages. Regarding those post june applicants who have been asked for additional documents I think they should receive their medicals in near future if everything is in order and infact many have already received. After receiving additional documents request one should expect medicals in 2 to 3 months. Thanks

hello everyone, A few days I was talking to a senior member of this forum, Domingo. He has moved to Canada but now a days in Pakistan. He knows an example, one of his friend applied on 11th June, 2011 and after processing and medical he has been asked for passports. I think now they have to select only 5,000 persons per year, so its very easy for them to speed up the process of 5000 selected persons even in few months. I and many of us applied in Sep. 2010, and still status is RVO. Only they know their criteria to choose some applications from thousands....................

Are you sure? New policy has launched on 1 July 2011 and 11 June 2011 still belongs to post june 2010 applicants. Are you really sure that some one who applied on 11 june 2011 has been asked for passports? Its not even 3 months? How can somebody be asked for passports in 3 months time? Very hard to beleive to be honest? And its 10,000 they have to select not 5000 according to 01 July 2011 instructions. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp
