aslamoalaikum all friends.
I am an old member but presence in forum is rare. I got 2nd AOR in oct 2010. my status is still RVO. In their 2nd AOR it was written "if u dont get any reply from our side within 8 months, you may contact us". Now its more then 8 months. what should I do? I know it will take another year but I feel I should write them. If I write them, plz someone let me know the e.mail address of CHC London.

Just today before sending the application to courier I check www.cic.gc.ca website there I find new applciation form. Shold I need to fill the application based on new forms or I can still send the previous forms.

Another paragraph which is written on website is really confusing "Applications that are received by the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) on or after November 14, 2011 that have not been prepared using the updated Instruction Guide and the Document Checklist (IMM 5612), will be returned as incomplete."

I was viewing processing times. Only the times of following were mentioned.
1..Applications received BEFORE February 27, 2008
2..Applications received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010.

why cic did not mention processing time b/w 27 February 2008 and 28 November 2008?

Dear,
It is better to fill up new forms. Otherwise they will ask for it when a letter will be sent to you for medical's. so its better to send them updated forms to avoid any delays in ur processing.
Although new forms are must on and after 14th Novemeber,2011. but who ever is getting a letter from VO for updating status they are also demanding to send new forms along now.
So it is way better to send new forms.

There has been no activity in my status, same is in my CAIPs notes. London office is not replying to my query on status either through webform. What should I do/ any suggestions?

We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 23, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

what is your NOC? I am in the same timeline and no contact from VO so far. but I am surprise that they are not replying your email. Can you share what exactly you are writting to them and what email you are using?
also if you are using hotmail sometimes email recieved from VO usually goto junk folder so make sure you have checked that as well....

You must submit a new application form including this new dependent on the applicant's form for permanent resident.
 
In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence at VO, they require the following documents:
•   processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
•   your child's birth certificate
•   copy of your child's valid passport
•   4 recent photographs of your child
•   updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
•   a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)
Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent by mail.

NOC - 0111, I'm using the webform where I sent email previously in April '2011 and they replied within usual time. Now they are not replying. Secondly no automated generated email is coming in my inbox - junkmail & its not full. What is going on...

[Hi, i am afraid NOC 0111 & 1111 are not on priority list by the concerned canadian immigration people /authorities. No matter what people say about the policy and try to make you believe that Finance Managers & Accountants / Auditors who have applied before the policy announced on 26th June 2010 (cant recall the precise date) will not have any effect on thier applications (retrospectively). The fact of the matter is if you look at the updated listed of all the applicants, you hardly see any movement in our NOC. And its understandable too, when the last & even current list of occupations required was announced, it was evident that the earlier applicants of NOC 0111 & 1111 are not in high demad. Would welcome feedback from all the freinds / members of the forum for better understanding of the situation, consequently taking appropirate actions indivdually]

yes, might be some system error as you cant rely on web base email.

Mailed them and received automated generated email. Webform is not working, secondly in Trackitt it says my case 7 days less than average(solved cases) ...Fingers crossed.
