My address disappeared on almost 09 July and my Ecas status changed to "In Process" on 20th July... My Address reappeared today. It has to do with something?

i intend to send my application by tommorrow under 1122 as per new forms. appreciate if some body can answer my few questions at earliest:

1. in the fee payment form (mode: draft/cheque), there is field name of payer (if other than principal applicant), should we write the name of bank through which we have made draft or we have to leave it blank or N/A. also write N/A under address and under credit card section.

2. in the generic application form, what we should write in the field "immigration office requested for processing the application". Should we write the name of capital (for eg islamabad) of country or should we write nova scotia /canada. London, United Kigdom

3. where to mail/courier the application?

A) Below is the detail of documents or actions that you need to take in order to comply fully with CHC requirements for new born;

1. NEW BORN Birth certificates (hospital and ministry of health). No need of notarization. Only copies can serve the purpose.
2. Passport of new born (and visa page if residing outside homeland)
3. Five photographs as per specification,
4. Additional family information forms (update) and signed in original
5. Demand draft of CAD 150/- (in the name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA)
6. Information on height of new born at the time of sending forms.

Process immediately after the birth of child and inform CHC on earliest basis so they do not process your case with out this information otherwise it may take longer than normal due to delayed info

Thanks dear asyousuf, you quoted very usefull information that will serve many forum members regarding the addition of new born baby in the application.

I have a question in this connection. A new born baby has been added in my family. Soon after her birth I sent an email to CHC london to let them informed and to ask them about the required documents. They replied me with a standard email that no need submit any thing at this stage and high commission will itself contact you when documents are required. Same situation with one of my friend.

So, it is now about six months have past i have not sent them any documents yet but waiting for their reply. What do you suggest me, should I submit them all the required documents or to wait more?

Hi: Dear write N/A in the box of address and name of payer if anyone else is not paying your fee. you don't need to write N/A in credit card boxes if you are paying through demand draft. And in the box of visa office requested for the process of your application write london if you are from pakistan and mail the application on the  address which you had mentioned in your post.

u can check online at ciurier webpage using tracking number, they given you at time of booking.

Dear Senior,

I am a telecom consultant working in dubai, UAE.
I have applied for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) after getting sponsorship from a canadian recruiting company. M NOC is 9990.7.

i have submitted my complete package on 13th june along with Demand Draft of 450$, However i have not received any feedback even after 8 weeks (where as on wen they say a time frame of 7 weeks).

Now i urgently need my passport back (since i have sent my original PP along with other documents( as per instruction from my Representative). My representative is saying that only way to request the passport is by sending them an email.

I have requsted the canadian immigration in Abu Dhabi using email to send me back my passport since i have a business committment, however even after 10 days i have not received any feedback.

Can someone please help me as how to receive my passport urgently.
