So after months of waiting i have finally received an email from CIO Sydney about my application. According to the email my application looks good so far and has been sent forward for further processing. They have given me my application number and payment receipt number as well. This is what they have mentioned in the application


So can someone tell me what is the next step?

When did u apply and under which NOC?? Next step is..............waitttttttt....

You can check the status of your application on ECAS with the file number they sent you in the email i.e. E00000xxxxx....that will tell u whats happening...they will be sending ur file to the VO soon and from there u shld get Med Request and etc etc......

I mean the amount deposited in National Saving Scheme

Dear Sohaib, I guess you can, but its better if you can get a letter from National Savings Center (on a letter head and properly stamped), stating your value of certificates, tenure of your savings and their worth equivalent in CAD $. Also attach long notorized copies of your certificates.

i got NOC letter from National savings which is on letterhead and properly stamped but it doesnt have equilent CAD $ rate.

Well you can send it without equivalent CAD$ rate, but its good to have that, as its written in the official instructions that proof of funds should be equivalent in CAD$ !

Dear linksalman,

My NOC is 1111. Submitted docs to Sydney in May 2010 and got Ist AOR in Oct 2010, submitted full application to CHC London on February 2011.

Assalam Alaikum too all,
Please guide me how can we update about,

1)addition of a new family member to CHC London.
2)Which documenst I have to submit for it.
3)How much fees to submit and what is the procedure for submitting it.
4)I have submitted proof of funds for two members in january 2011 how much the fund is for three members?
5)Is it neccessary to submit it with child addition updates or when I have to send them prrof for the respective fund.

I am June 2004 applicant and submitted updates in January 2011 as per their request.

A) Below is the detail of documents or actions that you need to take in order to comply fully with CHC requirements for new born;

1. NEW BORN Birth certificates (hospital and ministry of health). No need of notarization. Only copies can serve the purpose.
2. Passport of new born (and visa page if residing outside homeland)
3. Five photographs as per specification,
4. Additional family information forms (update) and signed in original
5. Demand draft of CAD 150/- (in the name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA)
6. Information on height of new born at the time of sending forms.

Process immediately after the birth of child and inform CHC on earliest basis so they do not process your case with out this information otherwise it may take longer than normal due to delayed info

NOW I CONTACTED TO A CONSULTANT ABOUT MY CASE STATUS, HE SAID THAT THERE IS NO ANY CHANCE FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION BECAUSE YOUR SKILLED NOC HAS NO VALUE NOW A DAYS IN CANADA. MY QUESTION IS THAT I WILL BE TREATED ON OLD RULES OR CONSIDERED AS PER NEW POLICY. KINDLY HELP ME I AM TOO CONFUSE.

You will be treated as per old rules...the only thing is that it might take a lot of time...the best thing to do is either apply in one of the new categories ( if u can)....or just wait !!!!

1. in the fee payment form (mode: draft/cheque), there is field name of payer (if other than principal applicant), should we write the name of bank through which we have made draft or we have to leave it blank or N/A.

2. in the generic application form, what we should write in the field "immigration office requested for processing the application". Should we write the name of capital (for eg islamabad) of country or should we write nova scotia /canada.

ur NOC 1122 is almost full (as on 10/08/2011 number of complete application is 419), so discuss with other forum member about this issue. As i feel you are late.
