Guys,

I sent my ORIGINAL educational documents to the CIC. Now my application is with London office. How can I retreive my originals and send the attested copies?

Thanks in advance.

They will not give you the original until you withdraw the application or they decide on your application.  You cand rop an email or letter requesting for the originals, mentioning the reasons.. lets see what they reply?

I have requested my original documents.  Its not mandatory to withdraw your application to get your documents back. Just email them but they will take some time.

In my case it took around 2 months. In case there is no reply from them resend the email after 30 days.

this email in responce from visa office london to add my new born baby.and i have send these required documents.

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

A new dependent can be added during the processing of an application.

You must submit a new application form including this new dependent on the applicant's form for permanent resident.

Dear saleem22,
Kindly send me the email address of CHC to which you sent an email. And in response you got the above mentioned reply.
I also want to add a new born baby in my application, but when I asked CHC london for the procedure, in return they advised me to wail untill CHC itself will contact me. Thats why i hav't submitted documents yet.

 @ ali75
I would like to thank you again for your help. The email address you had given me helped me in two days rectify my email address. Prior to that I had send emails to CHC Isb, VO UK and on the web site of CIC.GC and Ecas status site but nothing had helped me get my mailing address corrected. Thank you again.
Regards

I emailed them on london-im-enquiry  @  international.gc.ca
with following details;

Aslo please see my Query and reply from Support:

Dear Naveed Hassan,
Thank you for contacting the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Call Centre's e-Services Unit.
We verified the information you provided. Due to a technical difficulty with our systems, your Immigration File Number has changed.
Please note that your new Immigration File Number is E*********. All future immigration documents, correspondence and applications should be completed by using the new number.
Furthermore, your email indicated that your application status does not appear to be up to date in e-Client Application Status (e-CAS).
It is normal for some actions to not be reflected in e-CAS for many weeks due to the volume of information received at the visa offices and the case processing centres.
In addition, other actions happening to your file are not shown on e-CAS (example: security checks) so it may appear as though nothing is happening to your file. But be assured that e-CAS is updated on a weekly basis.
We hope this information is helpful.
Sincerely,
Louis, Agent 3****

For Applicants  (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.  Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Yours sincerely,
