You should explain this period in details with relevant documentary proof. I had the same situation and they asked me the same explanation and after receiving my explanation they found it un-satisfactory and transferred my case to CSIS for deep security screening which took another Year to complete the process. I came to know all these information when I saw my CAIPS Notes. After my FSC, BA I had 1 year at home each before getting admissions for the next degree. So I wrote activity as 'domestic' in the schedule 1 form. Moreover, I left my job for 3 years, remained at home and brought up my kids who were very small. There also I mentioned activity as domestic. Now they have asked me what domestic means and who met my expenses in that period. In our society till marriage parents bear the expenses of a female and after marriage husband. Should I write all this and this should be stated in an affidavit or simple attachement to Schedule 1. Should I need to demonstrate more than this simple fact.
Please give insight senior members.

YES it is mentioned as 18 October 2010. is there a processing date mentioned in your eCAS. i.e. we reviewed your application and started processing on xvz date...  ? |

Congrats for your PPR. Well done. Lately I have been in contact with you but your number is off now. If I could email, it would be of great help. In my case what kind of documentary proof could be given. There was a gap year between FSc and BA, then a gap year between BA and MBA. Then a 3 year gap between jobs due to kids. Now these are common sense things and what kind of documentary proof could be given except date of exam and date of next academic sessions. Moreover, the ages and date of birth of kids. When parents or spouse bear your expenses, you dont have documentary proof. Regards Samina You should explain this period in details with relevant documentary proof.
