Yeah, my address was missing since 07 July, but the Ecas status was same RBVO.

I think address going missing does correlate with some kind of activity on the file !

New forms and an updated Instruction Guide and Document Checklist (IMM 5612) are now available. Applicants should follow the new Instruction Guide when preparing to submit an application.Applications that are received by the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) on or after November 14, 2011 that have not been prepared using the updated Instruction Guide and the Document Checklist (IMM 5612), will be returned as incomplete.

As of July 18, 2011, applicants for Permanent Residence are asked to complete the new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008). Applicants are encouraged to complete the form electronically and validate the information to generate 2D barcodes before printing. To ensure you have the most recent application form, please use the link to the application form below.

I am confused about it, as i just sent my application on 18th July 2011, so i was suppose to submitt the new IMM 0008 form?

salaam guys

i sent following email to to chc london and got below mentioned reply. please advise how long it is going to take for my case to be "in process". secondly we have changed our address and i had already informed chc london of this change but my ecase still shows the old address and accordig to chc's email below they say they had already sent letter on my previous address. should i send them change of address email or letter again or should wait? secondly i have not yet informed them about my new born baby. my new born is one month old now. i applied in feb 2010, sent originals doc package in may 2010, thereafter recieved a letter in july 2010 alongwith refused demand draft on my new address stating "your demand draft is near to its cancellation date so send a new one immidiately". i immidiately sent a new DD and since then there is no news. and now the very first time i sent them below email and rcd sad reply. plz advise whats going on.

Regarding your application status:

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected. 

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.     

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.  Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

dont worry they cannot return your Original Job contracts without giving points and verifications..
