I need your expert opinion.

I am in process to collect documents for FSW. I am applying by myself. let me share with you my profile.

I have done Bsc & Msc in Biology then worked for a biological research organization as biologist for two years. Afterthat i got married and resign from job and started teaching a biology teacher to O & A level school till last month and resign recently. I am qualifying above 67 marks.

one of my relative is working with a immigration consultant and said me you are not eligible to apply because you are not working in your skill list since 4 year and not doing any job right now.

My advice is dont go to consultants, many times they mislead
You are educated person, read instructions carefully yourself and seek advice on this forum. And apply yourself.
if your experience is within 10 years you are eligible

i want to ask that if we r sending the original documents, then they should be attested or not?
for example matric and inter certificates from IBCC, Graduation and master degrees from HEC.
Similarly all photocopies should also be attested.? whether these docs should also be re attested from ministry of foreign affairs?
am i understanding the right things or not... can anyone explain...

but my question remains unsolved....
i have got this oppurtunity in the kingdom of saudi arabia and i desperately wana go after it ... i was selected for the post abt 2 weeks back and will be starting attestations and paper work soon , but in every step they need my degree... for visa and work permit when i am in saudi ....
this has all put me into big confusion
It is tough, sending original documents and wait for their return. There is no other way, its like "take it or leave it" situation. I, myself, could have switched to a better job but waiting for final conclusion and did not asked them to send my originals back.
You have to take a tough decision.

Can anyone please tell me where in Karachi can we get the medicals done for Canadian immigration and how much time is needed for an appointment and what is the cost ?
Same question but for Islamabad residents, there must be 2-3 panel doctors for medical. Which one of them is the better one? Perhaps, any senior member who have done their medicals in the past can share their experience.

Those who are getting GCMS results they are getting case conclude date  to the end of 2012. ( For pre june 2010 applicants )
Is it for applicants who applied after june 2010 or before that?

Hi All, would appreciate if anyone could answer below questions? Please dont give your opinion, only share authentic info.
1.What is the current number of visas allocated to every country after new immigration policy as CIC has reduced number of applications to clear backlog application?
2. How many number of visas have been allocated to FSW Pakistan applications? (after June, 2011)
3. Is there going to be any priority list (current or First/Seconed set of FSW policy)
4. Applications that are already "IN PROCESS" (before June, 2010), will they be processed or kept on hold due to new/current rules?
5. When on-line status changes into "IN PROCESS", how long does it take to receive medical papers?

Thanks,

Aslam o Alaikum to all Pakistan Friennds,

I am M S Khan. I have few questions to ask if someone can answer those:

1. I spent my 5 years in LONDON and got my MBA degree from UK and got 15 years of education. I have 4 and half years of RESTAURANT MANAGER EXPERIENCE. I got 6 band in IELTS. I am married and my wife got MBA degree from KARACHI UNIVERSITY as well. Could any one tell me that how many points i could get depending on the information above?

2. Is it good to submit application from PAKISTAN FOR CANADA FSW IMMIGRATION or from RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA?(Because i got saudi arabia visa as well and i am living in riyadh right now)

3. Can any one tell that is there any agents who can charge and give a arranged employment in canada for restaurant manager post in registered restaurant?

4. Anybody who got enough knowledge and information about FSW immigration application preparation and process can PM me for whole procedure. I would be very thankful to him/her.

Dear All

I am submitting my new born baby application form to CHC London. Before final submission I was looking at Visa Office Specif Instructions on the below link

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37023.pdf

There is form in that document with the name of Supplementary Information Your Travels. Should I also submit that form along with my baby's application. You suggestion is required

Thanks

use this link to calculate ur points.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp

U didn't mention how many years of experience u have.
For 15 years of education u will get 22 points.
Your wife will get 4 points for her education.

For Ielts u will be assessed on the basis of ur score in each module not cumulative score.

Brother u need to act fast because gathering documents is a tiersome process. Along with other documents u will need to get PCC from Pakistan as well as England(both for u and ur spouse) and that can take time. Window of opportunity is pretty small as they will take only 500 applications.
Being Pakistan national ur visa office will be LONDON no matter from where u apply. Yes applying from KSA can save u some time in background and security checks(no guarantee)
