This is in response to your recent email enquiring about the status of your application.
Please be advised that a letter requesting the submission of your documents was sent on ннн10/11/2010 to the following email address:
The deadline for submission of your documents has passed. A new deadline will not be given. However, your file is presently open. Documents received while the file is open will be considered. Please be aware that processing realities mean that we are not usually able to review applications immediately after the deadline for receipt of documents has passed. However, do keep in mind that when applications are finally brought before an officer for review, a decision will be taken based on only what has been received by this office at that time. The visa officer will then make a decision, based on the information and documents on your file, to approve your application, refuse it or call you in for an interview.
A copy of the letter is attached; you may wish to print the letter for your records.

Yesterday I have send them all attached email send from their side to wait .
Today only I have compiled my all documents and trying hard 4 police certificate and Bank statement.

first of all thanks for your reply MY ECASE contains the same details as it was having in RVO phase My master and my spouse's bachelor are as regular candidates will our qualifications earn 22 & 4 points accordingly pl comment once again thanks for the inputs you made
TO get points ur last degree must be regular. yes u will earn points of ur master and ur spouse bachelor degrees. |

hi everyone. i m new to this forum as i m planning to apply for the immigration. i have got some information from th net. i want to ask u guys should original degrees be sent to the cio office. if yes then when they will return the degrees...i m very much confused abt that. if we send attested copies of the degrees ..will it not be sufficient. processing time will take almost a year. and original degrees will be tied up if i send. i think u people have got my point. can someone explain it to me.

At first you will only have to send the initial application with the draft of $550. The complete guide and application forms are given on the CIC official website. You supporting documents i.e. Degrees, Transcripts, Reference Letters, IELTS result etc. will be required once the initial application is approved or you get the first AOR. PS: Original Degrees are not required. Only Transcripts are required in original with the attested copies of degrees. |

Hello There
I send my application through FedEx on the 18th may 2011 and it was received at the Canada office on the 26th. I have still not received any PER email and it has been more then 45 days now. I applied for the NOC 3112 and i am from Pakistan. Kindly let me know that how long does it take to get the PER email or case number and what can i do to find out about my status?
