Thank you all who took time to respond to my mail ............... I have another question ............. in the country specific checklist they want Pakistani applicants to provide ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS IN UNIVERSITY SEALED ENVELOP................. is there any chance they will accept the Notarized copies and later on, once the application is filed they can ask for ORIGINALS and also if someone can please guide that if we need to provide  ......... Police Clearance with the application as it states that it is strongly encouraged with the application ............... the situation with me is that my wife qualifies under one of the FSW category. I am a Canadian Citizen who has sponsored her but spousal sponsorship from Islamabad is taking 23 months or more ....... she also has passed her Step one of Licensing Exam in Canada in her occupation while living in Pakistan .......... to me its better to wait for 12-14 months than to wait for 23 or more months .......... spousal immigration application gives them a lot of personal judgment to delay unlike FSW which is pretty cut and dry............... please advice

I have joined this forum few days back. Its my first post. Now days i am gathering documents to file my case. I want to ask one question. I have got original transcript of my MSc degree from punjab university. I am just confused that should i get orginal transcript of BSc degree from Lahore College too? In fact i have studied in annual system where you get only result card & degree.

I would request you to seee my time line and share your experience regarding yiur success history .as you see my time line , we completed our medical on November 22 , 2010  . we waited a long time for our baby birth  and during the process our case was held for my spouses pregnancy . at last , our baby saw the light on the 29thh April this year . and we sent all document related to the baby on 19th and the documents are received by the visa office on  22 June , 2011.till then we have eard nothing from the visa office . hopefully this week will bring the MR from the visa office .

with  the case progress described above , czn we complete the rest of procedure  within November 2011? if our medical expire with in this time and if we are requested re- take of medical , will the visa office request " another proof of fund , bank statements  or net-worth statement along with  as they did it with the first MR request ?my visa office is Singapore.

 Most of us have studied in Annual system. Transcripts are called marks sheets in annual system. You may send original marks sheets attested by HEC but if you have any problem in sending the originals then follow Pittabread.

Yes I first attested copies from HEC then notarised then certified from my University and put in University sealed envelope and wrote in a cover letter that University doesn't issue 2nd originals unless first set is lost and if they still want to see my originals please ask me. I am pre June 2010 applicant and yes I have got my 2nd AOR already without any problems.

Yes for you there is no need to send the originals. Do exactly what I did and write that thing in a cover letter what I wrote. Everything would be fine.

It should be acceptable as well but they may ask for the originals at a later stage.
(Your application will not be rejected if you fail to send the originals or University sealed envelops. The basic  theme behind the university sealed envelops is that your educational credentials should have sufficient self verification evidence. If you provide enough evidence about the legitimacy of your educational transcripts then it should be enough but CHC reserves the right to ask for any other proof )

For how long you have been waiting for the address to re-appear?

First I wrote them for change of address as mentioned earlier but during past couple of days instead of changing, it disappeared. So just curious to know if it's happening only with the applicants who notified for change of address or else.
