Your total points got locked when you applied to CIO sydney. You can't add more points after that. If you have already secured 67 points then additional points will not give you any extra advantage.

Can anyone tell me that study permit can be applied while FSW case for immigration has already filed?

Points may be added after CIO stage
In OP 6(page # 26. it is mentioned
"After a negative final determination of eligibility, the file is closed. A negative determination is final
as of the date of the letter informing the applicant of the negative final determination.
 Any documents received and added to the file prior to the date of the letter, regardless of whether
or not the 120 days have elapsed, must be considered. Visa offices cannot refuse to consider
submissions made after 120 days, if the letters in either Appendix D or E have not been sent. It is
therefore important to produce the BF reports, make the final determination of eligibility and send the
letters promptly."

My years of education were 16 when i applied for Canadian immigration but now i have completed 18 years of education .According to your point of view,
 My total marks for education should remain 20 instead of 25 even i have provided CHC my Master degree as an update

If an applicant gets married and his/her spouse has 18 years of fully completed education then points of her spouse education would not be considered.
But I don't think so that points will not increase on providing master degree or if your spouse is educated (suppose having 18 years of education){According to OP6}  and that points are so called” LOCKED” at CIO stage because points for education or adoptability should not be given during entire application process if Point are locked at CIO stage.

My brother applied for Canadian PR back in 1999 and he got married during his application process and he was awarded points for adoptability. Although there were no CIO stage at that time.

Hi all, just to inform you, One of my colleagues NOC 3111, initial applicant of june 2009, who had done medicals on 27th Jan 2011, received back his passports after only 8 days of step 2 letter, There was a gap of three months between step 1 and step 2 letters. He received step 2 letter on 18th june , sent the passports on 20th june and passports with visa was in his hands on 28th june. ( it was really quick)

I had applied for Immigration from pakistan and sent docs in sep 2009, since then i was waiting for medicals or any update, but after long waiting i am moved to here in UAE and started a new career.

Please guide me which things i need to update with CIC London alongwith change in address and is there any specific form available for this purpose or not.

One of my friend rvd CAIPS recently and shows following message in CAIPS

PSDEC 1 and rest is "0" like SECDEC 0 etc
Paper file sent to IVH and b/f to IVH on 19-7-2011

further details are as follows;
NOC 1111 (FSW1)
CHC lsb full documents = Nov 2009
file transfer to CHC london = Jun 2010
Inprocess with date = Nov 2010
MR= waiting

Ok... but my friend e-client status shows that " we have reviewed your application and we have started processing on oct 2010"

as per this status again vo review his file... pls comments on that... thanks
