Dear Forum Members please reply:

What does "Form B" contains? If one is married will it contain information about his wife or family (parents, brothers and sister) or both?  In fact I'm arranging my documents for update and need clarification on this point as Nadra people ask whether you need Form B with your parents or with your wife.

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and am in dire need of some basic info.

My application was received at the CIO on 1st Mar-11. After a long while I got an E-mail (23 Jun 11) that my application has received a positive determination and has been forwarded to the respective visa office. Now the issue is that when I tracked my application using my file #, it said that a letter had been sent out to me on 31st Mar-11. I havent received that letter to date. Can anyone tell me what info is available in the first letters sent out post application receipt?
Infact it would be more than helpful if some one explained to me the stepwise process. I mean as to what is required at what stage. I made the application on my own and am not that aware as to what to expect.

Awaiting some useful replies.

Hello Aun,

that email on online client status they are refering must have been into a junk email or something like that.

the process u r asking is mentioned below:

1.Application recieved at CIO canada
2.Appliccation completeness check- they check weather the forms are completely filled, fees is attached and all documents are attached.
3.If all documents are ok then they Encash your Bank draft...if not..then they return ur application without even notifying.
4. Then they evaluate your case on the basis of 67 points requirement. if you qualify they send you a Positive Eligbility review PER email, if not then they send you Negative eligibility review email.
5.If PER then they send your documents to London. Ecas show Recieved by Visa office.
6.Visa office will again check on the basis of 67 points requirement if you are eligbile then they show on ECAS IN PROCESS.
7.Then they perform security checks, verification with your family and employers etc/
8.If everything is ok then they send you Medical request.
9. If your medical is ok then they send you passport request.
10.They return ur passport with stamped visa.
11.you land in canada.

One of my friend rvd CAIPS recently and shows following message in CAIPS

PSDEC 1 and rest is "0" like SECDEC 0 etc
Paper file sent to IVH and b/f to IVH on 19-7-2011

further details are as follows;
NOC 1111 (FSW1)
CHC lsb full documents = Nov 2009
file transfer to CHC london = Jun 2010
Inprocess with date = Nov 2010
MR= waiting

Thanx mate! One more thing; I have sent COMPLETE documents to CIO, so would I be required to send any further documents to the Visa office? (Complete = Each and everything on both document checklists incl. police certificates and all)

No Aun...you dont have to send anything now to CIO anymore. Once your document will be recieved at VO....Visa office will evaluate your case...and if they need anything...they will send you a mail and give you 45 days to submit...chill and relax..

"Form Bay" would contain the information regarding your children Only.
It does not contain yours or your wives relatives or brothers or sisters.............
Form Bay of your Father would contain details of your brothers and sisters...........where as Form Bay of your Father in Law would contain the details of your wives brothers and sisters.......

Dear Fellows,

We submitted our application on 7th of June 2011 under 3112 ( Cap was 962 at that time) and our application reached CIO on 14th of June. 
on 15th the website showed Cap to be full.

I want to know what are the chances our application got through and if not whats the time frame that we should keep in mind for recieving our application back.

Secondly would they consider the application as cap is getting re-initiallized for 500 mark.

Please share your thoughts.

I have filed my application and current e-cas status is RBVO.
My uncle is a  resident Canadian citizen but I had not mentioned that in my application. Do you think I must add that now ? If yes then what documents need to be included?

You can't add him now. It should have been added at the time to CIO sydney.
