I sent a case specific inquiry to the visa office on 3rd of this month regarding my application and they haven't sent any reply, is this normal?
u can also email or fax them if ur application have passed more than 6 weeks |

as far I know immigration visa is done by London visa office,Islamabad isnt ur visa office if u applied for immigration |

diabetics isnt a contagious disease, it wont harm Canadian citizens,I think 10 percent people r suffering from it .it wont create any problem for immigration |

I sent me application on the first of December 2010, and i haven't even received any confirmation regarding it, not even my ECAS details. This is really getting me concerned.  Please advice that what should i do now? |

Caseyed is correct. Only contagious disease are the ones being flagged by the VO. Others that are curable and non-contagious are not an issue at all. You may want to check this great site regarding Canada Immigration. |

Hi

1. Do i need to send the photocopies or details of my previous passports with the application?
2. As a proof of marriage, Marriage certificate and wedding pictures are required. How many pictures should i sent as a proof? it should be only of husband/wife or the full family.??

No, i sent it myself. As i couldn't find any pakistani bank that made a bank draft, i sent a cheque through a money exchanger and when i contacted them about whether the cheque has been accepted they said that its a very long process to find this out and it will take 1-2 months. All i know is that someone named G.Miller in CIO sydney received my documents. |

u need to send photo copies of both ur old and new passports and 4-5 wedding pics should suffice. add 1-2 family/group photos also it shows that marriage actually had a gathering and all.Just complimets ur claim. |
