Between June 26, 2010, and June 30, 2011, a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing.

Today i checked in detail the documents recieved from CHC
I found missing my experience letters also alongwith Police certificates and IELTS.
Can any respectable person of this forum can guide me that why they returned only acedemic documets.

If it is Medical forms in TCS packet then this is the good news for all of us, because you are a pre june 2010 applicant and i think you will be the first one applicant who got medical in 2011.  

After receive this packet plz share with all of us.




It can be nagetive for you but i wish it didnt happen. On this time your status saying this.


May be they are returning your documents.

You might have asked to return only your educational documents or they are needed to process your Immigration application.

There is no need to keep funds in the account but Visa office can ask for past 6 month bank statement at final stages. Normally they ask for it with the PPR.
So in order to prove that money is yours you may have to give a satisfactory explanation for huge credit entries in your statement.

U can request for Experience letter to return back because they issued once by the company. IELTS Result Card extra copy can be obtained from IELTS.

SALAM.
i was in  US in 2002 june  on H1b but ended up on downsizing.so moved to canada in march 2003 and filed asylum but no solid ground just general political case so they refused our asylum . we go through all the process and endup on PARA refusal and they send as a letter to leave the country before oct 2005 we moved back to Pakistan in sept 8th. during our stay in canada we dont use gov grant or money.even we dont use any gov money for airfair to come back to our country . we both did jobs during our 3 year saty in CA and pay all taxes. we still have our T4 .and tax docs with us . we also filed in land immigration from canada but they refused and said that go back and apply frm you home country.
i applied for immigration from pakistan in 2007 feb. but still in waiting list. as  there is long time wait who applied in 07.
now i wanna apply for student visa as i done masters in IT in 07.and come to canada. i have 8 month baby with me now.
please advice wat move should i do?

I am from Pakistan therefor, I only  sent photocopies of passports with supporting documents to CHC London on the second step I have to sent original passports to CHC Islamabad.But still no respone on my e mail what does it means.?

I am assuming you have ALREADY done medicals, paid RPRF, received PPR (Passport Request) and THEN sent passports to CHC Islamabad. If this is the case, I think Congratulations are in order, as most probably the decision has been made in your favor, and you should be getting the passports back soon with the Canadian Immigrant Visas.

Thats a sad story. presently there is no requirement for IT persons as per list

Ayesha, all you can do wait... whats your husband qualification. Is is eligible for immigration as per list. May be there is some change in occupation after 30 june and IT comes under that.Then you should apply again . Just a wild guess. I am also tied of this long waiting. My all degrees are lying in London sine 12 FEb 2010 and I can't apply for H1 visa or even for Student visa for USA. But that what it is....Welcome to Canada
But remember, don't loose heart. My sister Ayesha and her husband got immigration in 2000 and now they are living a happy life in Mississauga. Those were good times before 9/11 when it was so easy

Hi!

Yes you can apply for student visa but you would need to explain everything that had happened in the past regarding your stay in Canada, refused asylum, refused canadian immigration, 2007 filed application for immigration. You would need to explain everything honestly and provide all documentation relating to that. I would suggest you to write a detailed covering letter explaining everything. Though it seems difficult to get student visa but you can try and if everything is in order you can get one.

Hi     I feel very remote chances that they will grant you a student visa after viewing past history, still it is not impossible. But if you desperate to go to canada soon , then try to get arranged employment offer, I beleive you will have some contacts in Canada as you stayed there for many years. For Arranged employment it is not a must that your profession should be on the priority list and it will be processed quickly.
