Just take print out of mailing labels in English,its not mandatory to send the labels in ur native language.I have sent all labels in english ,took a print out on white paper and then cut it,but its better if u can purchase some blank stickers and print those mailing labels on it.They have sent me the envelope by sticking that print out label on envelope.Also dont forget to write ur name on that label,i have forgotten to do that but luckily it reached.

Ecas status Description changed,now after clicking "In Process" it says :
We started processing your application on June 3, 2009.
I have sent my Full Aplication to CHC,Isb on 7th may,2009,didnt recieve any AOR yet.Now whats the meaning of this status? Does that mean that I have cleared the Point Assessment stage? Senior members ,kindly enlighten me with ur opinion on this.

Hi guys,
I just got my initial approval today. Now, I have to submit the application along with the supporting documents. I just want to ask u guys about the police clearance certificate. I am a resident of Pakistan. I lived in Sukkur and Hyderabad (cities of Pakistan) after my 18th birthday. Now, I am residing in Karachi. Do I need to give the police clearances for each city I have lived in or, should it be only Karachi.

Imran......... No it does't means that your point assesment stage is finalized....Juts they have recieved your complete application and they are satisfied that supporting documents are complete at this stage and for further they will start enquries. Second as i applied on 16-06-08 and my status is we started processing your application on 3-7-2008. I sent my complete application on 4th, May 2009 and status were allready in process before i send them complete application.But my opinion is if enquiries starts when we can say the real processing is started and at least they make enquries after making initial assesment by looking at your provided documents.

Imran also prepare your manager to ready for enquery soon, may be by the end of this week or in next week your office will recieve a call from CHC. As in mine and domingos time line proves.

I can never know when CHC call,its nearly impossible for me,I think they have already called my workplace as was the case with u and domingo,cuzz Ecas status of domingo also changed after they have called the emloyer of Domingo.For that reason I think that we might have crossed the barrier and perhaps the medical request is underway.  lets hope for the best. |

Imran....Yes you are right in this situation...I was not aware of your case history ...yes definatelly they have made a soft points calculation...before meking enquries but definatelly they will finalize it after enquries are finalized and all of the documents are eligible.. May Allha Help all of us like helped pakistan cricket team in T20. ) |

Friends Provincial Nominee Class cases - Canadian High Commission Islamabad Pakistan
Average Total Processing Time: 12 months
Average Processing Time after Medical: 2-3 months
Our Total Processing Time till today: 8 and a half month
Time Elapsed after Medical: 3 and a half month
No PPR yet
My friends Total Processing Time: 11 and a half month
His Processing Time after Medical: Less than 2 months
He already got his visa in first week of June 2009
So do u people think there is nothing wrong with our case?

SK.....Recently(A few days back) minister for immigration have passed certain action plan and instruction to respect and follow the time frame fixed in ministerial instruction. This thing show that IO were not following that dead lines set by Government. Anways i believe that there is not any Hard and fast rule for any case processing or any type of paper work in CHC. But the best way is allways to write them and then they will reply you within 15 working days.

Dear All,
Just a brief info. Being a Pakistani I am in the forum otherwise I left the country for good. I applied from London Office but still I love my country and wish the best for it in near future.
I filed the Application in August 2008
Got AOR in November 2009
Get docs submission request in January 2009
Documents submitted April 2009
The current e-cas status states that Docs reviewed and process starts in June 2009
So far so good, that is for all people to have an idea how the london office works!
I am not sure about Islamabad office!
Hopefully everyone will be there sooner or later keep the spirits high!
