                     As you all people waitnig for PR, i am also. i have applied in 14 jan 09 and got aor on 9th feb 09 as it was too early for me it took almost 3 months to send my documents to islamabad and on 9th may 09, got aor from islamabad on 12 june 09, my  online status was changed directly from eligibility review complete from cio nov a scotia to in process  on 9th june(as they started my case on that date).
                   On 22 june i got  objection to prove comprehensive documents to prove my relation with my brother (who is per res of ca) within one month otherwise they will not consider my relation with my brother i will lose points for this and my case will lead to refusal.
                  In short i tcs them family registration certificate from nadra, bay form, some educational doc showing same father name plus again the copy of pr card along with attested copy of landing doc of my bro(it was mention to send it attested) on 17 july. now can any one help me, have they started my process on 9th june or after getting these relationship documents. how much i have to wait for medical?
                 with the decline phase of pak rupee is that neccessary to maintain 10833 cad, i m bit short with this value around 400 cad in these days bcz of high rate of cad, when i showed my bank statement it was 68 n now it is 77. is that necessary to maintain 10833 equivalent to pk rupee all the time? or is that ok?

seniors plz your suggestion about this?

I am not finaly authority however based on my experience and learning i foresee your medical request/provision approval by 20th Aug 2009 (+/-).
Your concern regarding shortfall in funds is not that much critical, can work with this balance too. However, if possible for you to pump it to the required level then go and do it.

AFraz, thank you so much for giving moral support. I am still learning from my seniors like Hot-Lier, Imranali2004us, SK, SUR, Ra00, Manj, Rigmarole (pardon me if I forgot to mention any name).
Hence, I cannot dare to bring myself in competition with seniors. However, there are two candidates who are nominees for this title (Hot-Lier & Imranali_2004us).
In this context, either we all members or time will decide who fits in the best for this title ))

another think which i recieved alongwith PA is undertaking ie as i am medical professional(physiotherapist) which needs license to work there, so visa doesnot means i am eligible to work there releted to my field as i am non canadian graduate medical professional. it is not mention in the letter to send it back  to isb high commision after signing this under taking in the presence of witness.( i know i need to go through credential process after that i am eligible to sit in license exam)
 do i need to sign it send it to isb high commision?( because it is not mention in the letter to send it back to isb high commission)
 any one have any idea about this point.
 

As per my view point, you should sign and forward a photocopy to CHC Isb (on the safe side) and keep the original with you which shall be required by CIC anytime in future in your immigration process; though you have been asked to send back the same at this time.

I had that feeling when u were udergoing medical that ur DMP is going to create some panick n look thats what he has doe.I have heard from my resources that the DMPs based in Islamabad offers the worst services.I know one thing for sure that its the film that has not been upto the mark,u can say poor visulisation or it might have occured due to inadequate exposure.These are the only two possible reasons they have asked u to repeat xray.So just chill ,I really pray to ALMIGHT ALLAH that this time that ***** DMP gets all things right.My bestestestest of wishes n prayers for u.

so here is another candidate for the title,hmmmm interesting.I can feel how  u r indireclty running ur campaign successfuly,thats illegal man,thats something Backdoor politics going on.I wanna lodge a complaint against u in our Election Commission(if any).

After nikah ,write ur address for ur wife's residential address,thats wat a friend of mine did successfully,but do make sure that all the members of ur family know about that.There will be no issue whatsoever.

If  I remember correctly you have been asked to do x-ray once again by you DMP when you did your medicals last month? The reason they told you was that your x-rays were DIM.

May be by mistake they have sent that old DIM x-rays to new Delhi? Its just a guess..............

Jojobaba, you will have to wait more for more 50-70 days (I can understand your patience but sorry as this information is from statistics) for your PA (conditional with CHC's satisfaction), and 30-40 days more for your AOR againt full submission.

Just relax, as there is not yard stick keeping in view the prevailing response from CHC. Load is increasing so every step is getting delayed.
I received AOR in 20 days where as now its taking more than month.

in my understanding, time deposit statements (eg. national saving certificates, or bank term deposit certificates) as well as property can be shown as proof of funds. property does not include car, jewelery etc.

Amidala, i have gathered almost all the documents, only a police clearance from south africa is delayed. as soon as i receive it, i will send the full application to CHC islamabad, insha'ALLAH. lets hope it happens in the first half of september .

by the way, i believe your IELTS exam is over now. you never shared your IELTS experience? how did it go?

Now from where shud I get my police clearance certificate ??
