Dear AAK,

I'm just a casual visitor of this thread and also do not have the experience as other friends. However what you need to show is LIQUID CASH i.e. simply cash in banks (no property, no National Savings Center/Qaumi Bacchat, no bonds/Stocks et.c). So my understanding is that they need to show that money in a bank account which either is in your name only or can be a joint account ONLY if it is with your wife.

Over to the seniors for their expert advice.

in my understanding, time deposit statements (eg. national saving certificates, or bank term deposit certificates) as well as property can be shown as proof of funds. property does not include car, jewelery etc.

Property cannot be shown as proof of funds at CHC Islamabad.
Some visa offices like London accepts property though

Halooo All.............

Recieved a letter on 25th, August, 2009 from New Dehli, India.

Letter asked me and My DMP to send the repeat chest X-Ray and Additional Lodiotic X-ray (And report) within 30 days Directly yo New Dehli Medical Centre of CHC India. Immediatelly i contacted my DMP and he asked me to not get tensed for this situation bec he allready had many repaeat test requests of various Applicants. He also addedd that my tests were fine but sometimes in case of any doubt they ask for repeat X-rays (Even when the X-Ray is not clear ). Anyways i had my X-rays again yesterday and they will sent within next 2-3 days to New Dehli Office.

On the safe side i also had the both view of my Chest X-Rays (Privately) and discussed it with 2 general physicians. They were really surprised bec there is nothing wrong in all aspects and X-rays are fine.

Anyways pray for my successful medicals and may you also succedd for all of your forthcoming stages.

you are right. they accept fixed deposits (at least at the initial stage). however, near the completion of the process, they may insist for a bank statement.

Good luck Hot_Lier. I can understand your situation as we both enjoyed the same DMP services. This is the part of the game and you are moving in a right direction (no doubts). Problem is not with you but the X-RAY machineSmiley so just chill and have fun as you had already done ur X-RAYS and discussed with others and found nothing wrong. Inshallah you will receive PPR and RPRF request in few days.
