Dear Pittabread,
Many thanks for your reply.
Yes, the E0000XXXXX is a new number assigned by CHC London. I didn't check the ecas status because it seems that it's not showing the correct information. My noc is 0213, I.T. Manager.
Regards, Ali75
But my new file number of 2nd AOR starts with Bxxxxxxxx, I m june 9,2010,applicant,on my 1st AOR from NS,cic, there was a separate UCIxxxxxxxxx, number, My ecas is not opening with new file number but it opens with previous file number,it is showing RVO status, kindly guide, Ryan Niazi

Hi,
My time line can be seen below. My status is still received by visa office. What is the current trend by CHC-London about bank statement. Because i have put required amount in bank from 2009 and rupee is depriciating. I want to invest my money somewhere, like i wish to buy plot etc (because this is the best time to buy property). What do u guys advise? should i took money out of bank or still wait for CHC-London.

Hi, highly advised not to withdraw your funds until the VISA is stamped. Why to risk your future? Just my two cents. Cheers..

Dil key khush rakhney ko ghalib, ye khayal achcha hey.. Otherwise.. no hope. Frankly speaking it has however, deteriorated the previously held high image of the GOOD, CARING and TRANSPARENT SYSTEMS of those lands we are attacted to.

The following link on the cic main website shows an average time of processing (of Skilled Workers Applications received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010) at London VO 13 months (updated in Feb 2011) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.aspNow check the processing time page of London VO website (on the below link), it says: "Average Processing Times Processing times begin on the day our office receives a complete application and end on the day the final decision (i.e. approval/refusal) leaves our office. Permanent Residence:Skilled Worker applications received before February 27, 2008: 42 - 48 months Skilled Worker applications received after February 27, 2008: Because these applications are affected by new regulations, an average processing time is currently not available. Do not contact us for case status enquiries within 9-12 months of submitting your applicationhttp://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/new_average_processing_times.aspx?lang=engIts funny naan This is also an example of efficient ( ) coordination between the two offices.

Sometimes I feel that London has been given special task to delay unneccessarily applicants from Pak. And offcourse I myself is victim of mismanagement they did with my file. Shame on them
