Do they consider it after issuance of PER?? i mean they only include the applications which have been issued PER? plz reply waiting for your reply Dear because your application is too early to be counted. Wait for a month or so and you will get your PER. Don't worry. Thanks

2nd AOR is second acknowledgement of receipt. In this letter you get a new file number and surety your file is eligible for processing. Thanks

I remember a case where Visa officer rented a house in the same street of the applicant and started living there to check his background. These are just GOSSIPS man RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) is responsible for background checks. They have only 2 employee staff in Pakistan which can not conduct the background checks without the help of local Police. They send the files to respective police stations for the verification of crimnality record and if they feel the need for any other background check then send these files to FIA head office Islamabad. I have seen the files sent by UK border agency in the FIA HQ. It contains one photograph of the applicant with the address slip and a formal request from the High comissionar for co-operation. FIA staff just keep these files aside for two months and then sends back after 2 or 3 reminders from the embassy. Whole system works at snail pace. Thanks. Are you post 26/6 applicant? Did you send your full docs to CIO or visa office london? Are you from NWFP province? I only remember one case before where some one said visa officers went to his village and asked about that person from his neighbours.
Thanks

Dear Ryan thank you for reply.well do you know the status of Distance learning M.B.A in Canada? actually my wife wana do M.B.A through Distance Learning but we are confused if they consider it or not ? or is it better to move and start it from there .our case is showing INPROCESS and i am the principal applicant but the case is delaying more and more now .what to do ?
Dear distant education from pakistan e.g from AIOU OR vu are equally important and valuable as a regular education. the difference is of their canadian equivalence ,which can not be at par with pakistani educational credential, Dear dont worry get your wife educated from pakistan ,it will credit you in future, even that friend of mine has his wife who was a govt, scool teacher ,with BA Bed ,she got a handsome job on the basis of her education in some nursery school for kids, good luck,

How come have you seen the files?? Are you working with FIA or have a relative there?

Verification from employer are done randomly and in most of the cases, it is done when your case status changes into IN PROCESS and when final decision is about to be made. My Job verification was done after almost 16 months after submission of all the documents. But like I said, they do not call each applicants employer for job verification.

Woa. Really strange. Do you mean visa officers talked to your neighbours about you if you have a case in court? I have never heard of that before. In very rare case it can happen. Would you mind telling me where are you from? Are you from Pakistan? If yes which city are you from and when you applied for immigration?
Thanks
This is very strange and how come is that possible? How can visa officer get telephone numbers of someone neighbour?
