Today my status changed to "In-Process", previously it was "Decision Made"
here are the details
We received your application for permanent residence on April 29, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
We transferred your application to the London England office on August 23, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
It is evident that the order of last two lines always INCORRECT. you should read "last line" first before "2nd last line". logic is simple and is applied on all ecase status I have reviewed. same is the with me and others as well. Sorry!

Gentlemen,
i have following experience.
NOC 2132 Mechanical engineer 9 months.
NOC 8222 supervisor oil and gas drilling services. more than 2 years less than 3.
i am applying under NOC 8222. but we have to write our complete work history in schedule 3 form and in the end we have to write the preference so that CIC can evaluate our case.
Please advice should i mention my NOC 2132 experience which is not even included in occupation list given at CIC website. please advice

22 for Education, if your M.A is, as a regular student 21 for Experience, but 4131 is not in the list issued by Minister so you are not eligible 10 for Age 14 for IELTS 67 Total but keep in mind you do not qualify for immigration as NOC 4131 is not in the list |

Can I make the Draft from my relative's foreign currency bank account for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) because I have no foreign currency bank account?

dear i have alredy submitted my full documents to VO London under 4131 noc the problem was that i doubted over my points to be 67 because previously at the time of submitting the documents to VO I had IELTS 6.5 band with 12 points ,recently my fried told me that you donot claim 25 points from your MA+ 1 Year DIPLOMA(BOTH total 17 years) so i thought to improve my IELTS score with band 7 (w=8,L=7.5,R=5.5,S=7.5) ,now I have sent my fresh IELTS via TCS to LONDON VO which reached there on April 6 ,2011,MY full documents were alredy sent to VO on 18th November 2010,
My ECAS status is showing RVO since 35 days .NO 2nd AOR to me has been communicated ,
plze tell seniors will my fresh score of IELTS be included now to my points or they will process my case on the basis of the previous IELTS result of 6.5
waiting for any comments from all the respected members of this forum.

IN op6 manual it is also mentioned that a V.officer can consider the points for any further education /studies completed till the writing of -ive letter for the applicant.similary one can also do IELTS afresh till that -ve letter of assessment.
seniors whats r your thoughts.
My time line is below
application to cic= june 9.2010
1st AOR=14/10/2010
VO LONDON Documents submitted=15/11/2010
fresh IELTS 7 band result submitted=3rd April,2011
comments from the seniors are always welcomed.

I sent a case specific enquiry to CHC London for addition of a new born baby in my application which is 'In-Process'. They replied me as:
"Please wait until this time before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents"
So still I am waiting and did not send them any documents yet. What is your anlysis, what you suggest me. Should I wait or send them required documents ??
