Dear SK,
 
I planned to apply last year august. and since the day i read EG7 ,more than half of my time has been spent in gathering the documents. i read EG7 and then i read this forum...i saw lots of guys talking abt VO london..and sending their documents to london. this makes me confused thats why i asked here..now its pretty clear.

You need to send ALL documents listed in CIO checklist and in VO checklist only ONCE to Centralized Intake Office Sydney Nova Scotia.

How did you prepare and compile your application as per rules & regulations since you are not able to understand the basic thing clearly written in EG7 in very soft English

another silly question, but i am still asking that how you compiled your documents? in a file? folder? envelope? clip? how you placed a certified cheque or draft?

What i think is you have to send the both applications, infact it is one package like the first one is application then attach all of ur documents required and then send it,i also have did the same two days before when i was sending my application.

Hi!

Dear don't be worried over these minor issues. The best you can do like I done place your documents in one big envelope and seperate each category documents by a piece of white paper labelled with heading of those category documents (like forms, identity and civil status documents) etc

DHL courier is the best I would advise you though its bit expensive.

I used one big paper clip to bind documents although I used stapler to bind forms or where needed.

Attach the draft with a paper clip to other documents at the front.

Yes you can either attach it with fee payment form or just bind it at the front of application so they get it easily. Myself I attached it at the front of application.

When you will go for DHL tell them as well you have inlcuded a bank draft in your documents so he will write on the receipt that documents + draft included in application (this is to help in any case anything goes wrong)

Dear I send through a sub DHL courier DHL was charging me 4500 and DEX which has some kind of agreement with DHL charged me 1700 ruppees,

 I compiled the documents according to the sorting order of application, secondly i payed through bank draft and stappled it on the fee payment page, and it were complied in an envelope, and i applied under noc 7371.

You have to send all of your documents to CIO, i--e central intake office sydney, nova scotia, but remember our visa office is london. you don't need it to send ur documents to london, wait for their reply and then follow their directions.

Gentlemen,

need your advice.

While filling out the form in the section of address and jobs. we have to mention the Period of the stay or period of the job.

for instance i joined my current job in January 2009 till date. how should i metnion Till date in the space of Year and Month?

Please advice.

This thread is an excellent thred to help all of us.
I saw a reply above that it is taking 58 months at London UK, center for Pakistanis who applied in Pakistan
.Did that mean total time from the date applied or it will take an other 58 months from the date they received at London,UK ?
Reasons. My two brothers,  have been waiting for 48 months.But my relative in Pakistan has been waiting since 62 months.His case to London from Pakistan was moved in Sept-2010.Kindly explain the situation.
Please tell me in what situation they send interview calls to some and donot send interview call to some others??

Hi!

Your brother is a SAP(simplified application process) applicant and there are no hard and fixed rules that how long will his immigration application take. 48 months or 58 months is a rough estimate and it can take longer. There is also a thread on main forum for old applicants. Join that thread. There is currently a backlog of applications and many many people from Pakistan are waiting.
