Hi, You can do it yourself. Myself and My friend did the same and send to FBI with $18 charged to our credit cards and the results were back within a month. Dear afmamoon........... Your NOC must be in that 38 short listed occupations that are actually a part of ministerial instructions. Secondly I think that your wife's occupation is listed in those 38 professions but the only problem i can see in your immigration is that she dont have minimum of 1 year experience. otherwise all were ok to apply.

Hey, could u plz tell me how to track the status of my application. Actually, my application was sent to NS, Sydney by one of my friends residing in Canada. Now the problem is that I am not having the receipt (IMM5401). I asked my friend the receipt number to track the status, but he told me a number of 8 digit whereas it should have been 9 digits followed by an alphabet a/c to cic. Is there only the receipt number present on the receipt or are there more than one numbers on the receipt? My friend paid the application fee to CIO and made a bank draft for it. Moreover, No receipt of IMM5401 was ordered. Is this alright?

hello all,
I have a query regarding submission of inital application for Canadian immigration under federal skilled class. The application requires 2 mailing labels to be sent in English and the local language.
1)Can anyone define mailing labels? Is it just the mailing address written on a simple ordinary envelope or is it required to be written on a prepaid Emvelope.
2)I am a Pakistani national and resident of UAE. In my case, in which language does the second mailing label be in ( Kindly note that the local language of UAE is Arabic but English is widely understood)
Quick responses from experienced applicants will be highly appreciated!

I am a pakistani and living in UAE, I applied last month to CIO, but haven't got any response so for. Well, as for i know you need to send two self addressed Envelope( I sent with out Prepaid one). One should be in English and other MUST be in Arabic. I know our national language is Urdu, but You living in UAE, so it has to arabic.Good Luck.

As per current stats, you must get your AOD by 1st week of July. However, exceptions are always there... Best of luck |

Dear 1 - AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt 2 - 120 days. 3 - depend on case (6 - 12 months) 4 - If your file is well presented and CHC Islamabad may not found any confusion then your interview may be waived.. 5 - Consult with www.cic.gc.ca and www.canadavisa.com/forumRegards |
