The AOR is just a conformation from VO that your complete app was recieved by them...so its one thing less to worry about....Now the next phase would be points calculation and background checks...but you never know they may already have calculated your points...God luck...........when did they recieve your full app???are you based in pak?

seeking for a kind guidance.

I have recieved my 2AOR on 4th MAr 2011 which was issued on 28-Feb-2011
On 08-Mar-2011 my estatus shows "In Processing" and inside prosessing detail is as under:

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you"

Does 2AOR means according to the documents me is qualified now authetication of the documents to be checked?

One of my office colleq.'s friend.. has rvd MR from CHC London. Detail are as follows:
NOC : Doctor Category
CIC Submission: April 2009
ISB Submission : Sep 2009
File Tansfer to CHC London : Jun 2010
Addition documents requested by CHC London and submitted : Oct 2010
MR : First Week of March 2011 (thru TCS, Karachi by paying 1200 Rs.)
MR time given : 3 months, requesting to pay landing fees only. no bank statement, no police certification updation.
 
Hope that every pakistani applicant will rvd MR soon.

One cannot submit additional documents before getting PER.
problem is CIO do completion check right after recieveing application and if its incomplete then they send it back without informing u. U get the news when it is delivered to u through normal post after 2 or 3 months.

Case analyst position
A competition will be held to establish a list of qualified candidates to work as a case analyst in the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission . This competition will staff current and future job openings classified at LES-06 level, with a starting salary of 67, 883 PKR per month.

The Immigration program is responsible for ensuring that the movement of people into Canada contributes to Canada's social and economic interests while safeguarding the health and safety of Canadians. The immigration program is managed in a manner consistent with Canada's domestic priorities and international commitments.

As a case analyst, your main functions will include reviewing and analyzing key documents to determine and make recommendations for eligibility pursuant to the Canadian immigration legislation. You will exercise sound judgement in recommending further processing on immigration applications to Canada such as interviews, interview waivers, or refusals. You will be expected to work in a team environment within a Government of Canada department.

This competition is open to individuals having following qualifications:
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.University degree from a recognized university or equivalent
2.Strong computer skills in a Windows-based work environment
3.Effective communication skills in Urdu and English. Please note IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test results or equivalent must be submitted with the application. Results must have been received within the past 3 years; pass mark required on IELTS is 6.5.
4.Excellent organizational skills
5.Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
6.Possess initiative, integrity, flexibility, and adaptability
7.Possess minimum of one year previous working experience in an office environment
 
ABILITIES:
1.Ability to coordinate conflicting priorities within tight deadlines2) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment3) Ability to analyze and interpret information to make informed decisions and recommendations4) Ability to communicate quickly and clearly, both orally and in writing5) Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
 
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:

2.Ability to speak, read and write French

My ECAS has been changed to INPROCESS today but the inner info is same. What does it mean?

yesterday i went to home and found a letter from CHC LONDON
and here it comes
i got my 2nd AOR date mention on the AOR is 2nd March
they have mentioned a new file no
when i track on Ecas i found Inprocess

in this letter they have mentioned that i have to wait for 8 months
