I think u should apply for CAIPS notes after few months, let them process ur application after receipt of ur updated package. the caips notes will show u about ur points they have awarded during initial/final assessment.

you can simply send an covering letter duly signer mentioning the mistake. It wont harm

Yesterday I send an email to CHC London with the subject line "Required Master Degree, CASE NO: XXXXXXXX" as I am applying for Job in Saudi Arabia and I need to show my Last certificates/degree to their high commission. I have submitted my original certificated to CHC and its with them since last one year. This is the reply I got from them.

The London visa office has received your email. We'll reply within 28
days. Don't resend your enquiry. We reply first to emails we consider
urgent where the urgency is stated clearly. We only reply to case status
enquiries if the processing time shown on www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca (not
www.cic.gc.ca) has passed. If you've submitted new information, we'll
update your file without replying.

I need to know they have written in reply that we only reply to case status enquiries if the processing time shown on www.unitedkingdom.ca (not www.cic.gc.ca) has passed.As in my case there is no such date and my status is also not on unitedkingdom.gc.ca

Can any one guide me that whether I will be able to get reply from CHC London or not

Guys, one of my friend sent his full docs in Sept 2010 and received his 2nd AOR in early Feb 2011.

when he tried to access his ECas, it doesn't show anything and comes up with that screen which says the info is wrong and when he tries to put his old file no, same thing happens. Is it normal to have ECas showing no information like that for Pakistani applicants?

Put the correct information in the form.

first select Immigration file no.

that's what we've been doing mate, i have his details as well and i've been trying to access info to no avail.

with old file no., it use to use RBVO, we can't even access that either.

Can someone please tell me that how long does it take the VISA office to acknowledge that my application has been recieved and has been accepted? It has been almost 2 months and i haven't heard a word from them, this is getting me anxious

I just wanted to update u all that my case was rejected but i didnt rcvd any letter, on enquiry thru email, chc london replied with the copy of refusal letter sent to me. i replied again n asked them to resend the original signed letter and return my original documents and also guide me to file an appeal. in return, chc london re-opened my case and gave me 60 days to submit n prove required FSW marks.

Now i am arranging to claim the marks of a relative in canada. i have got the copy of citizen ship, utility bill from my cousin. Only FRC is left from Nadra, hope to get it soon.

I have few questions again with my fellow members.

1. Can i request them to extend the time period given to me for submission of docs?
2. Do i need additional documents in addition to the above to claim the points of my relative?

Jst to update that my case is in IP now again after Decision Made.
